Hotel in zona Eberhardsgruppe, Stoccarda

Abbiamo soggiornato al Ruby Hanna Hotel per una riunione di famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. È convenientemente situato nel centro commerciale Gerber con una rampa per il parcheggio sotterraneo (€ 20 per 24 ore che è abbastanza ragionevole per Stoccarda). Le attrazioni, le vie dello shopping e i ristoranti del centro città e della zona ovest di Stoccarda sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi; i trasporti pubblici sono nelle vicinanze se vuoi disegnare cerchi più grandi. Le camere sono piuttosto piccole ma ben arredate e ben attrezzate, il bar è confortevole e familiare e l'atmosfera generale è molto attraente. Abbiamo trovato il personale estremamente motivato, cordiale e disponibile dal momento in cui siamo arrivati ​​fino al check-out due giorni dopo.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Non è buono, il rapporto prezzo è alto. I camerieri della reception sono buoni in inglese, e il servizio è entusiasta. Puoi anche fare un pasto veloce. Il trasporto è anche conveniente, l'altra parte è la stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel ha il proprio parcheggio.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Clean building, parking spaces. Interior in public areas modern, rooms except bathroom feel outdated. + Rooms are spacious. + lots of closet space * fridge + huge breakfast buffet + metro in front + quiet rooms - ridiculous pan cake size, I know that machine can make regular sized pancakes As of now you spend more time waiting for your 2“ pancakes than eating - Wifi non existent in room, bedside. - AC is a joke it‘s set centralized, the property decides if you are able to cool or heat your room. Sucks with 24 degrees inside and AC set to heat only.

La stanza è buona, molto pulita e molto tranquilla.Ci sono supermercati intorno, metro e traffico conveniente.La vocazione usa la provincia di password ma porta la vocazione con la vocazione, la regola del colazione e la regola del colazione, può essere considerata.

Non posso dire che il posto mi ha fatto saltare. La posizione è molto conveniente vicino all'aeroporto, al parco e alcuni quartieri di business. Edificio è nuovo e interno sono contemporaneo. Difficile trovare via GPS perché Bertha-Benz-Platz apparentemente non è elencato in alcun GPS, quindi è necessario entrare Dieselstrasse. Room aveva un AC e una piccola cucina. Finora così buono. Dopo aver chiesto di tenere la casa, mi è stato detto che la casa è fatta solo una volta alla settimana. Il buffet per colazione era riempito solo su richiesta e piuttosto senza motivazione. La chiusura della porta della camera non era chiusa, quindi ho chiesto una riparazione, ma nessuno era davvero in disturbo.

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).
