Hotel in zona Drinking fountain, Stoccarda

È un bel hotel, situato dietro la stazione principale, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione all'hotel, ma l'hotel non è vicino alla strada King. Il colazione è buono, specialmente consegnato l'intero salmone cucinato ogni giorno, che è fantastico.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Ich hatte 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht, da meine Tochter in Stuttgart im Krankenhaus lag. Bei der Buchung musste ich den vollen Betrag inklusive Frühstück und Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Voraus bezahlen. Glücklicherweise wurde meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Tag bereits wieder aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen und wir konnten zurück nach Hause fahren. Als ich beim Auschecken auf die Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Übernachtungen zu sprechen kam, bat mich der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht mit dem Anliegen an die Chefin zu schreiben, er würde es dann weiterleiten. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung und auch keine Rückmeldung. Darauf hin habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht Im Internetportal an das Hotel mit einer Frist zur Rückmeldung gesendet. Die Frist ist abgelaufen, Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. Wenn ein Hotel meint, dass es Geld für eine Umbuchung einbehalten muss, erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Das Anliegen eines Kunden einfach auszusitzen und eine Notsituation zur Gewinnmaximierung auszunutzen geht gar nicht. Ich werde den Fall wahrscheinlich an meinen Anwalt übergeben. Das Verhalten der Leitung dieses Hotels grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich lerne daraus, dass ich nicht mehr in einem solchen billigen Hotel im Voraus bezahlen und lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein renommiertes Hotel ausgeben werde. An alle anderen, die in Stuttgart übernachten wollen: Finger weg vom Hotel Sautter, wenn etwas unvorhersehbares kommt, werdet ihr dort abgezockt!

Abbiamo fatto un fermo per portare i bambini al museo Mercedes. Non era un grande fine settimana di eventi, quindi la zona era veramente morta. La ricezione dell'hotel era amichevole, ma solo una persona che occupava il desk, quindi sembrava sempre occupata con le coglie. I bagni sono funzionali e puliti, ma dato che 4 persone si trovavano in camera, lavato e sgocciolato correva fuori perché non riempivano completamente i prodotti. Le cose semplici, piccole come questa, non dovrebbero richiedere di essere a caccia e chiedere al personale di queste. Soprattutto per un marchio Hilton. L'altra cosa strana è che il bagno ha una propria camera all'entrata della stanza dell'hotel. È fantastico, ma non c'è un ingoio. Devi andare in tutta la stanza per andare in bagno per lavare le mani. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante in fondo. È un prezzo ridicolo per ogni articolo sulla tua piastra. Letteralmente una porzione di salmone è 15 euro (forse 150g) con niente di più sulla piastra. Se vuoi una parte, devi pagare per questo. Lo stesso con lo schnitzel. Ogni singolo articolo che aggiungi alla piastra è un costo aggiuntivo. Il personale era buono, ma il sistema di tariffazione era divertente, abbiamo seguito stupidamente le recensioni dei tre consulenti per il ristorante e il posto era piuttosto morto. Dovremmo aver mangiato al bar sportivo fuori, che era all'aperto e ha più ambienza per forse lo stesso livello di cibo. Chi lo sa. L'unica caratteristica di rimborso è che abbiamo un po' di sconto da questo ristorante a causa del nostro status di membro del club. Siamo rimasti qui solo per una notte, quindi è stato sufficiente come un hotel pulito e funzionale.

Un caffè (di solito) nella stanza avrei prezzi, ma erano al di sotto per 1,30 euro (non è troppo costoso) per ottenere bevande calde. Il personale era amichevole. Il servizio era buono. Era molto caldo a Stuttgart, ma fortunatamente c'era anche l'aria condizionata. Camera tranquilla, anche se hai sentito passare il treno, ma non troppo dura. La pulizia della camera dovrebbe avere un po' di più attenzione per me. Ovunque: prezzo qualità è buona, io sicuramente ci prenoto di nuovo la prossima volta che vado a Stuttgart.

Abbiamo visitato il concerto Rammstein sulla Cannstatter Wasen e questo è l'hotel perfetto per gli eventi lì. A piedi circa 10min. L'iscrizione è stata molto amichevole e senza complicato. La macchina poteva essere parcheggiata nel garage dell'hotel ( a causa dell'evento non c'era altro spazio e nessun parcheggio), la stanza era molto pulita e anche sabato sera molto tranquilla, le letti comodi. Purtroppo non possiamo valutare la colazione, ma purtroppo abbiamo prenotato per dormire (che non era un problema con il checkout tardivo :.) perso. Non possiamo comprendere le valutazioni parzialmente negative (se la concorrenza è infondata?). Bad Cannstatt, per quanto possiamo valutare, non è ”Fancy Pants Schicki Micki” Stuttgart, ma incredibilmente autentico e emozionante per esplorare.

L'hotel mi ha dato la sensazione di aver vissuto tempi gloriosi,come se un tempo fosse stato di una certa importanza,questo per dettagli di arredamento e di servizi nelle camere che un tempo dovevano offire un maggiore confort. Le dimensioni della camera sono ragguardevoli: camera davvero grande con salottino,scrivania e balcone con tavolo e sedie. Lo stile della camera e i suoi arredi rimandano ad altri tempi però ancora oggi son ben tenuti eccezione fatta per la moquette,consumata e macchiata sia dentro la camera che nel corridoio. Al bagno probabilmente è stata messa mano in tempi più recenti rispetto alla camera ma la realizzazione è avvenuta con materiali decisamente economici e si vede molto;in luogo della doccia era presente una vasca idromassaggio datata e non credo funzionante, tuttavia il bagno è stato funzionale a ciò che serviva;nota davvero negativa la mancanza dell'aspiratore. Top : parcheggio gratuito e fermata della metro di fronte all'hotel che porta in centro in 10 min. Per quanto concerne la colazione c'era di tutto e per tutti i gusti anche se la qualità non mi ha entusiasmato.

Clean building, parking spaces. Interior in public areas modern, rooms except bathroom feel outdated. + Rooms are spacious. + lots of closet space * fridge + huge breakfast buffet + metro in front + quiet rooms - ridiculous pan cake size, I know that machine can make regular sized pancakes As of now you spend more time waiting for your 2“ pancakes than eating - Wifi non existent in room, bedside. - AC is a joke it‘s set centralized, the property decides if you are able to cool or heat your room. Sucks with 24 degrees inside and AC set to heat only.

Hotel con bagni condivisi, c'è un errore nella traduzione che può far intendere che ci siano bagni privati in ogni camera ma così non è, i bagni sono condivisi per ogni piano e c'è una doccia condivisa con tutti al secondo piano. Sono disponibili anche camere con bagno privato con un sovrapprezzo. È un po' periferico ma non troppo lontano da una fermata della metro, quindi spostarsi e raggiungere il centro è abbastanza facile. È presente un bar per fare colazione a 9€ e wifi gratuito.

friendly staff, very welcoming and there was lovely rooms, very clean rooms, as a housekeeper myself i thought the rooms were absolutely brilliant. located right next to a lidl and a train stop! we went on the roof top and it was lovely. in the rooms they have mirrors and bedside tables that you can connect your bluetooth too!
