We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as Pool or Spa can't be used because of malfunction, we will refund guest $100 per occurrence per day if it cannot be repaired same day. Security cameras: No inside cameras. Only Exterior cameras are for guest safety: front entrance, driveway, gate, pool, backyard and side Recording video and sound 24/7. Tampering with device will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and reported to VRBO Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm. We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction and cannot be repaired same day, we will refund the guest $100 per day per occurrence.
