Quite good

Loving the new refurb and colours. Rooms large, airy and clean. Chairs so much better than the old ones. Staff always friendly and helpful. Gave good recommendation for local eateries. Waitrose, Starbucks and Subway onsite if you don't want to travel. Shame about pot hole in carpark, hopefully travelodge will sort it out.

We got what we expected. A good basic hotel with a comfy bed, bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities. All we required for an overnight stay the night before a family wedding in the area.

for travel lodge being an average stay other than the bathroom being a little dirty and not feeling the safest of places in there, i’ve been to multiple in the past. On the Monday it was £30 for 2 people and the only room they had was a family room, fair enough, the following night it was £100 roughly, for the same room just 3 doors down. On the third night, we had no choice but to stay because trains weren’t running, but for the same room just opposite, booked at the same time as before it was £236. i was completely disgusted and gobsmacked at the price

We stayed here for one night as a stopover while travelling down to Cornwall, and it was exactly what we needed. Check-in was smooth, the service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable—perfect for a restful night. The hotel itself has a modern and well-kept feel, and everything was easy to find and access. It’s conveniently located just off the M5, with a Starbucks and Subway right next door, which made grabbing food and coffee really easy before continuing our journey. Although it was a short stay, we were really impressed with how well everything was run. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay while on the road. We'd happily stay again if passing through!

Visited Travelodge Stonehouse as I was seeing friends and going to the great Malvern Show. Staff massively friendly room comfortable and convenient.

We have used travel lodge a lot Stonehose not a good one. Llunddudno is very good. Oxford was also good

Stayed 3 days, clean, everything I needed (including bedside USB charging sockets by the bed - thumbs up for the refurb). No unnecessary frills. Excellent value. And always a cheerful recognition from Terry who remembers why we come and makes us feel welcome every year

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Stonehouse and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money with its budget-friendly rates. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. Thanks, Flori, for checking me in and making everything so easy!

Clean and everything you would expect from a Travelodge. Starbucks, Greg’s and garage shop on site and a five minute drive to a nice pub with food

When we arrived we was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist Chelsea, she was so welcoming and polite and was super helpful, she answered all our questions and recommended a lovely pub, she’s a total credit to the team!! The room was super clean too! We will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Stonehouse . The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed.Close to M5. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Quik and easy check in. A huge thank you for Flori and the entire team. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but disabled room had a bath instead of shower in the bathroom. Friendly staff, quiet room.

Stayed at for a few nights on my own, and as always Travelodge was a good budget-friendly option. The room was clean and had basic amenities like Wi-Fi, tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as well, just off the M5 and also close to Eastington which has a small shop for bits and bobs. My only negative would be the pavement outside being uneven with the slabs completely lifted in some areas. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
