"Avevo un piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel. La posizione era sorprendente molto vicino alla stazione e alla strada principale, molti bellissimi ristoranti intorno... servizio è stato fantastico"

"The location is perfect, right next to the train station and it's very easy to spot the entrance. The cleanliness is definitely a work in progress. The key areas were very clean, such as the bed, the wardrobe etc. However there was dust on small things like the towel holders, behind the cupboards etc. (The only reason I checked was because my allergies were acting up but only in the room). A few cobwebs in the room that you only really notice when you're just relaxing. The bathroom was clean but in the grouting there was mould in there, so it needs sorting. The beds are uncomfortable, they're really hard on your back and both me and my partner have left with sore backs after staying, I booked a double bed and it's two single beds pushed together which would be fine if the mattresses weren't so firm. The reception staff both over the weekend and weekdays were so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and i can't fault them whatsoever. The team that refreshes the room were also lovely, very accommodating and friendly, they topped everything up in the room fast without asking and were also great. The night porter unfortunately needs an attitude adjustment, his tone and the way he speaks to you just isn't okay. Having a lovely day and coming back to the night porter being rude wasn't pleasant. All in all a lovely stay with only a few minor complaints."

"La nostra stanza era a 3 miglia di distanza dalla ricezione e il letto era in piena rovina seduto. Il colazione continuava a correre, purtroppo, così mio marito e io mangiamo solo i nostri pasti. La struttura è stata parcheggiata tutto il weekend sotto l'hotel. Camera confortevole senza vista sul pavimento."
