I absolutely love Premier inn however, this one was a mess!!! I booked a Premier Plus room and when we got to the room there was no Nespresso or choccies. There was 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Went down to reception/bar and told the guy there and he gave me the 4 Nespresso pods but said there was a problem with delivery so they had no chocolate. Not a problem so high tailed it back to the room and then noticed the actual problem. The bed is what I can only describe as a double at best. The cleanliness was a disaster- see photos attached. Went to the bar, it was good and the staff were nice. We had prebooked the meal deal and the evening meal was disgusting, again see photos, the food was so "old" and burnt and beyond inedible. We would have e complained but only had the option when the waitress came to our table right at the end. The breakfast was the same, cold and very poor. I would have told 'reception' when we checked out however there is no one there, just a box to put your keys into. I did phone customer service and they gave me a £31 refund - what a bloody joke. This is why I won't stay at a Premier inn again. It's not the money, I don't want to pay for food that I can't eat or a dirty room - you judge for yourself what the hell these stains are.
