Stunning lake view from the room. With variety of jacuzzis and sauna, I had relaxing time during my stay.

My favourite place in High Tatras. Amazing Location with a beautiful view on lake from one side , mountains from other side. Very Nice, kind And helpfull staff, they are always trying to do everything to help You. Generous And tasty breakfast. Beautiful wellness center.

This was an incredible hotel. We had a room on the 7th floor and had the BEST view of the picturesque lake, Strbske Pleso. The hotel itself is fantastic. The spa facilities are wonderful. There are lots of saunas to choose from, a pool (which we didn't use) and an indoor and outdoor jaccuzzi. We favoured the outdoor jaccuzzi which was amazing!! Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and fantastic! We ate dinner one night ala carte (not in the dining room) and it was a little expensive but delicious. The hotel offers free parking for all visitors and wifi through the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the lake front and is very convenient for the lake trail (which takes around half an hour to do). It is also close to a lot more strenous walking trails. This was our favourite hotel our entire trip.....

Stunning location in the Tatra Mountains. Arrived in the middle of a snow storm - an easy 10 minute walk from the funicular tram station. Buffet meal service in the restaurant was first class. We also had the special Xmas dinner - a very high standard meal - the chef Lucas is fantastic and the staff were all efficient and helpful. Excellent traditional Slovak food. Premier rooms with lake view are clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Wellness centre has plenty choice a great pool and relaxation areas. The surrounding countryside is amazing - we had deep snow for four days and the track around the lake was kept clear with a mini snow plough - romantic lights allow a nighttime walk. Fantastic place and highly recommended.

The Hotel is an old Hotel but is in keeping with the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and would set us up for the day. Ideal location, just round the corner from the tourist buses and Metro. Some lovely restaurants around the area as well. Yes, rooms are sated but, they’re clean and comfortable and you’re not spending the day in them anyway. Would definitely recommend

Hotel service is pretty good. But I have few negative experiences. Ski bus from hotel is not working during hours written, check in reception is you would like to use it. It should departure till 11am, we were there @10:50 and after checking with reception we got information that driver is on lunch break and will drive at 12am. Not all rooms are modern, at least on 1st floor they are pretty old. Fortunately cleans and nice.

We booked a room including wifi but the wifi did not work in the room. We complained several times and the manager promised that he would fix the problem, but it never got fixed. Not worth the money, especially not on rainy days!

Besides the location it's NOT worth it. Terrible staff reluctant to do anything. They seem like your are a burden to them. Food below average and pricey. Its pity where High Tatras are heading with the services.

The hotel has great location, okay rooms, good food. However the positive experience ends there. Services and the staff is very poor. Wellnes is open only in the afternoon/evening; rooms are too hot and it took us 5 visits at the reception to get them to solve the temperature problem in our room; the staff was very reluctant to do anything what we asked for, some of the staff at the Vatra restaurant was very rude. Some days the restaurat was closed in the afternoon due to technical problems so we were not able to order any food, however when friends of the waitress visited they had special treatment and got the food no problem. Some facilities are a bit old and since it is ongoing reconstruction the hotel looks kind of all over the place, which could easily be made up for by the approach of the staff, unfortunately this is not the case
