Naturally Pacific Resort

The Spa at Naturally Pacific Resort is a 5/5. There is a mineral poolto relax in and an added bonus of olfactory showers with warm and cool water with aroma therapy. In the treatment room, Sun-Ann, my massage therapist and aesthetician delivered a rainforest facial that was exceptional. She was caring and thoughtful in every moment to my needs. The pressure was perfect and the whole experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. I heard from her previous client that her services were a 10/10 and she was absolutely correct. If you go to Naturally Pacific Resort, the spa and Sue-Ann are a must visit.

I was gifted a facial for my birthday from my husband. I haven't ever gone for a facial before, surprisingly. I booked with Brandi and I was so pleased with everything. She knew it was my first time, so she explained everything to me along the way. It was so relaxing, and when I left my skin felt so soft and refreshed. I will totally be a returning for another facial. Also, the fall specials are really great too!

We spent two nights at Naturally Pacific and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The bed and pillows were the best and we had two nights of deep sleep. Service was generally excellent but the most pleasant surprise came from Chef. We were exhausted on our return from the day and asked if we could have two dining room meals sent to our room. They arrived hot and the presentation was outstanding. The food itself was superb and so delicious. You just can’t get better service than what we had. We’re not golfers but will definitely return for another stay. Well done team!

I am a commercial pilot. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels. I am super happy that I found this hotel. I am from the states and I was concerned about staying in Campbell River due to it being a small town with not many options for lodging. Naturally Pacific made my stay! Great place that overlooks the town and sits up and out of the way of the hustle and bustle. I had the mountain view room and it was really nice. Everything is clean, well maintained and new. The gym is really nice and well equipped. The grounds and the property are very nice. All of the staff at the entire hotel was super friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. I had dinner at Carve, 2 nights in a row and my meals were really good. I don't agree with some of the other reviews about Carve. It is more expensive but you are staying at a nice property. In summary, my stay was great and when I return, I will be sure to stay at NP.

The hotel is obviously new and, along with the golf course, presents immaculately. We were thoroughly impressed. There are little details that demonstrate that there were no shortcuts attempted when designing and decorating the hotel and grounds. This is all very well done. The staff are great. The golf course is an absolute treasure - no expense spared - the landscaping and maintenance would make world-class resorts envious. An absolute treat. The one area where we were a little disappointed was the onsite restaurant (Carve). Given that the the Campbell River area is world famous for salmon/fish/seafood, we were puzzled that the restaurant's specialty was beef. As a marketing professional, I would actually be interested in the logic for the decision to go in that direction. Campbell River does not appear to have a whole lot of better quality seafood restaurants either so it may be that, paradoxically, there isn't local product availability. As I say, I would be interested in your perspective on this. In the the Maritimes, even the smallest villages have great little local fish, lobster, crab and seafood restaurants. Notwithstanding the above, we felt that a couple of value priced wine options would have been appreciated by us in Crave. As I recall, there were no 5 oz wine-by-the-glass options that were less than $20 each. We stuck to beer. As a brown ale guy, there were no draft options in that red/brown ale sector for me. Velocity had the local Ember Red Ale which was terrific and I was not quite sure why Carve didn't carry that. On that note, we ate at Velocity twice and it was fantastic. The server we had both times was friendly and engaged - top notch and the food we had was of the best quality of pub food we have ever had. The cauliflower wings are fantastic. The only other little niggle was the speed of the main elevators in the hotel. They are the old school hydraulic type and are very slow given that they serve 4, or is it, 5 floors. When I shared a cab most people commented on the slowness of the elevator. I don't think there is much that can be done at this point but it was certainly the only thing in the 4 days we were at the resort where I could honestly say a short cut was used in construction/design. Hopefully we will be back and I will certainly be mentioning the resort to friends and family for a base for staying and exploring the area. Great value. Many thanks.

This is a beautiful hotel on the edge of Campbell River. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and designed. The rooms are large and have a huge bed. Bathrooms are stylish. The hotel has a super spa and swimming pool plus the golf course attached. Staff are welcoming and service throughout has been excellent.
