I’ve never had such poor customer service in my life. With Covid in the world do not book this hotel. Firstly we tried to book over the phone but there was no answer so had to use ***********. It was a group family booking with multiple apartments so was very expensive but unfortunately my daughters tested positive for Covid so had to cancel or postpone. Again tried to call multiple times but no answer so emails *********** who contacted them to request acceptation with our booking and they gave me an email and number to contact the three gables directly, which I did and they gave me a different email address, to which I mail but received no response. Therefore on planned day of arrival I called to check if they provided a refund. The person said no refund so I asked if I could allow for alternative guests and they said no. I expressed my dissatisfaction with not being able to transfer, which they said it was non transferable to my sister and family in the UK due to some ridiculous Note about identification, I said this was a disgrace and no way to treat customers and as I was mid sentence the lady hung up!!!!! Unbelievable, I’ve stayed in many places over the years and never in my life had such rudeness and bad customer service. Do not book!!!
