Hotel in zona Holy Trinity Church, Arrow, Stratford-upon-Avon

Nice looking pub with lovely river opposite Accommodation was round the back with separate door to enter which had a key code lock where a key to enter is stored in a box this was explained to us as the pub shuts early due to low season. We returned around 11:30pm put the code in and no key was in the box we then had to call an emergency number and somebody had to travel to us to let us in a bit inconvenient for both parties I’m just glad I wasn’t on my own as it’s in the middle of nowhere Rooms were fine bed clean etc but I think it should state very clearly that the rooms share a bathroom as I didn’t notice that and would not have booked knowing this , the apar**ent they have though is lovely and has ample room and it’s own bathroom. Beer was good Breakfast next morning was fine not worth though the £25 for 2 people as you get a cooked breakfast with tea or coffee that’s it it’s just brought to you no buffet option or juice cereal etc and some of it was a bit cold Staff were fine I would stay again as to be honest what we paid wasn’t a lot but I’d prefer to pay a bit more and have my own bathroom I’d also recommend just having a coded door not a key in a box as I gather this problem will happen often

A special thanks to Rejo and Eve, who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, largely due to the thoughtful suggestions from the staff, especially Rejo, who guided us through the menu and ensured we had the best options. The wine selection was perfect, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

L'hotel è raccomandato dalla guida turistica locale. L'aspetto non sembra ottimo. Dopo l'entrata, è un hotel molto piccolo. L'hotel lobby è come una sala da soggiorno. E'anche coerente con lo stile della piccola città di Shakespeare. Una famosa frase di Shakespeare è presente alla porta di ogni stanza. È molto interessante, La stanza non è grande, le strutture sono ripetute, ma molto pulite. L'hotel è seduto sulla strada centrale della piccola città. Dietro è il luogo di nascita di Shakespeare. La piccola città stessa non è molto grande. La distanza a piedi di Fang Xiang può essere raggiunta. Una delle città più rilassate dell'intera gita. La colazione è la cucina fredda, Il caffè è un prezzo unico per il caffè, che è un po'differente da altri hotel per colazione

Hotel in una posizione fantastica. Le camere sono spaziose e piene di i tatti speciali dell'Indigo atteso. L'aggiunta del giardino giardino mette davvero questo in fronte ad alcuni degli altri hotel IHG che abbiamo soggiornato.

Un hotel così bello e bello nella città di Shakespear Come suggerisce il nome, la posizione offre una cortina centrale, un'entrata verde attraverso il parco auto e vicino al fiume dove decine di swans si riuniscono per il cibo. L'hotel è molto carino e offre una buona distanza a piedi dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni della città, ma è stato bloccato dal rumore della strada del bar. La città è piuttosto molto sonnata dopo le 9:00, ma l'hotel ha un ristorante che si sposta fino alle 11:00 se si è ancora fame a tardi.

Nella campagna di Stratford, in un bellissimo edificio a raggi di legno. La stanza era buia ma spaziosa. Avevamo la stanza familiare con una doppia e due singole. È stato incluso il colazione. Non ci sono menù, ma il cameriere ha detto una combinazione di colazione inglese che era grande. Ho avuto due uova di polpa. L'unico problema era la mancanza di comunicazione sulla strada abituale per trovare l'hotel chiuso a causa di lavori stradali. Navigare un sistema di un modo in una città non familiare senza email o chiamata per farci sapere come arrivare all'hotel è stato estremamente stressante e ci mette 1.5 ore dietro il calendario di arrivo. Questo avrebbe potuto essere ordinato se l'hotel avesse contattato trip.com con la linea terrestre fornita alla prenotazione e spiegato sulle opere stradali in modo da poter essere avvertito.

Ottimo, spazioso soggiorno familiare - basi - con bagno condiviso. Perfetta base per mia figlia adulta e io che viaggiavano insieme nella regione in una macchina affittato. Bella casa georgiana, con camere e terreni da esplorare. Ho notato il ponte (piccolo casa) e le opzioni di lucidatura disponibili solo dopo l'arrivo. Le letti erano comodi e il personale era utile (anche mi piaceva il panter, cioè essere sconvolto, circa la squadra di rugby in Australia insufficiente). Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui, anche se potrebbe considerare le opzioni di pod e glambling che entrambi sembrano molto emozionanti. essere una YHA la tariffa era molto ragionevole, e la cucina autocontenuta anche aiutato in questo senso. Heaps off street parking. A pochi chilometri dal busto di Stratford-upon-Avon è risultato anche vantaggioso.

The hotel is generally good and the staff are attentive, but we would suggest avoiding the restaurant.  The hotel doesn't warrant a 4* with areas showing wear and tear such as water-damaged wood, mouldy seal in the bathroom, broken window locks, etc.  Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given a drinks voucher. After being advised our room was ready, we arrived at the room to find the maid still cleaning the room. The room included basic tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.  The pool/spa is limited and has a cold pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a gym.  We had booked into the restaurant for an evening meal, but when we arrived there was a table complaining about the food. They had sent their food back to the kitchen twice, and the staff were suggesting they send it back again. They walked out of the restaurant. Based on this, we thought we would order something that was pretty safe, so we ordered a burger and a chicken. However, the meat tasted cheap and of poor quality. The restaurant is charging gastro prices, but the quality is nothing better than Wetherspoons or worse. Again, the puddings were basic, with a vegan coconut ice cream that had an odd texture to it and a sticky toffee pudding that was no better than a cheap microwave pud. In our opinion, the staff were inappropriately dressed, with one waitress having such a short skirt that every time she moved you got to see more than you wanted. The bar staff were assisting in the restaurant, and one barman was dressed in hip-style jeans, which kept falling down. Although all very attentive and polite, it seemed that the hotel as a whole had very limited staff, with everyone just mucking in.  The breakfast was not much better than our evening meal. We arrived at 9.30am to find the milk, pastries, hot water, etc. had run dry. There was a selection of hot food, but once again the meat tasted cheap. The main waitress was incredibly young and either didn't communicate or spoke so incredibly quietly that you could not hear what she said.  At check out, we were not asked how our stay had been, and we felt that everything was done to avoid such communication.

樓下酒吧餐廳，樓上及後院是房間，服務設施都還行，但是有些房間會比較吵，馬路和bar裏聊天的聲音，以及莫名其妙持續的不知道是什麼機器在運作的噪音。有點被圖片欺騙了…

Quite impressed with the stay - the standard is above most of the 3 star hotels. I believe the hotel has been renovated (including the bathroom) so the room looks very new and clean. Room is very spacious and equipped with a nice bed. They provide facial tissues (surprise!) and the body wash amenity is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
