Hotel in zona Grand Union Canal, Bridge 29, Stratford-upon-Avon

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we walked into reception. We bid for our stay as part of charity auction. The owners of Stratford park had donated a golf break of a night dinner, bed and breakfast and two rounds of golf in aid of Primrose Hospice. The junior suite is a lovely room, cozy and relaxing with luxury touches. Maz, the restaurant manager was attentive and looked after our every need. He gave great recommendations for food and wine and all was delicious. Golf - lovely course with wide fairways. Again friendly service from all. My challenge was to get over the water on 17th. I didn’t succeed so I will definitely go back.

Such a cute and lovely hotel at Shakespear’s town Just like how the name suggests, the location offers a central yard, green entrance through the car park and next to the river bank where tens of swans gather around for food. The hotel is very cute and offers good walking distance to most attractions in town, yet being tucked away from the noise of the bar street. The town is pretty much sleepy after 9pm but the hotel has a restaurant that runs till 11pm in case you’re still hungry at late night.

Il soggiorno è assolutamente perfetto. L'hotel si trova in una posizione idylica con il RSC Theatre direttamente al contrario sulle banche dell'Avon. Ciò che ha fatto davvero il viaggio è stato gli incredibili colleghi dell'hotel che si trovavano così alloggiando in tutto il mondo. Ci piacevamo il nostro soggiorno. Grazie mille.

Hotel in una posizione fantastica. Le camere sono spaziose e piene di i tatti speciali dell'Indigo atteso. L'aggiunta del giardino giardino mette davvero questo in fronte ad alcuni degli altri hotel IHG che abbiamo soggiornato.

Welcoming staff, comfy bed and a quick walk to town. Went to visit Shakespeares house and have a tour around Stratford, convenient stay as the hotel was 15 minutes outside of the town, retail park across the road. Stayed for breakfast fairly priced and a standard set up of food.

Booked for a five night stay but was having our 3 year old grandson stay over for two of the nights. The staff were super accommodating and put us a small bed in our room which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely every day. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno qui, le strutture sono davvero buone. Ci sono state piazzate la piscina e le aree di ginnastica, ci sono giochi all'aperto da giocare e i terreni sono bellissimi. Tuttavia, il servizio lascia molto da desiderare. Molti del personale sono molto giovani e, sebbene amichevole, il metodo di servizio è molto reattivo (l'abbiamo notato in altri pochi esami). Molti occhiali e piastre sono lasciati in giro, le tavole sporche non sono pulite mentre gruppi di personale sono in piedi in chiacchierata. Non mi dispiacerebbe tanto se non fosse un hotel 4/5 stella. Spesso il personale si dimentica di quello che chiederete e si aspetta dieci minuti per una cucina o latte con il vostro tè. Mentre il cibo è bello è piuttosto eccessivo - questo non ci ha disturbato tanto quanto avevamo il credito per cena, ma non avrei mangiato lì senza credito. Dopo aver detto che abbiamo avuto un buon pasto nel ristorante e il personale ha fornito un pudding come sorpresa per il mio compleanno che era un bel trattamento! In generale, ci rimanderemmo a restare di nuovo - ma non aspettare 5* servizio.

Sì, pericolo per la salute e la sicurezza. Molto sporco con polvere spesso sulla parte superiore del pannello del velvet...Urgh. Rimasto per due notti. Entrambi i tendini appesantiti su un lato. Iniziò a mettere la cortina intorno alla finestra per fermare la luce e mi strinse il pollice con una delle diverse grandi e pesanti stentini che si attaccano attraverso il tessuto della cortina, presumibilmente dove la piastra avrebbe dovuto essere. La mattina ho notato una piccola lacrima nella mia cassa di cotone, e quando ho girato la cotone, c’era una cotone in tessuto, quasi tutta la larghezza della cotone sporca. Ho avuto una parola tranquilla con la receptionista mattina in partenza per il giorno che ha detto che avrebbe informato il management (non volevo vergognarla davanti ad altri ospiti)...anche se questa era la stessa signora alla reception quando siamo arrivati il giorno precedente e che ho preso per essere il proprietario/amministratore! Quando siamo tornati, mentre il letto era stato costruito e la cassetta era cambiata, le pile erano ancora in attesa del tessuto che è quando ho notato la polvere pesante sulla parte superiore del pannello. La seconda notte la stanza era molto rumorosa come se un fan stava correndo tutta la notte (sì, ho spento il bagno) e per la seconda notte non ho avuto un sonno! Molto, molto deluso, che questa stanza (41) sia stata in uno stato così povero per l'importo di denaro pagato per notte e che le mie preoccupazioni sembravano essere quasi completamente ignorate. Quando ho lasciato l'hotel, nonostante una signora nello studio dietro la ricezione, nessuno è arrivato in fronte, quindi ho lasciato la chiave sul desktop. Ho preso numerose foto che mostrano lo stato disgustoso della stanza in generale se la gestione si prende cura di vederla. Questo hotel a 3 stelle, che temo verrebbe spinto a tenere su una stella, e spero che l'AA riesamini il loro sistema stellare in futuro prima che tutto il sistema diventi inutile!

Nice looking pub with lovely river opposite Accommodation was round the back with separate door to enter which had a key code lock where a key to enter is stored in a box this was explained to us as the pub shuts early due to low season. We returned around 11:30pm put the code in and no key was in the box we then had to call an emergency number and somebody had to travel to us to let us in a bit inconvenient for both parties I’m just glad I wasn’t on my own as it’s in the middle of nowhere Rooms were fine bed clean etc but I think it should state very clearly that the rooms share a bathroom as I didn’t notice that and would not have booked knowing this , the apar**ent they have though is lovely and has ample room and it’s own bathroom. Beer was good Breakfast next morning was fine not worth though the £25 for 2 people as you get a cooked breakfast with tea or coffee that’s it it’s just brought to you no buffet option or juice cereal etc and some of it was a bit cold Staff were fine I would stay again as to be honest what we paid wasn’t a lot but I’d prefer to pay a bit more and have my own bathroom I’d also recommend just having a coded door not a key in a box as I gather this problem will happen often
