Ich habe das Essen hier nicht ausprobiert, ich weiß nicht, ob es gut ist. Das Licht war dunkel und ich mochte das Dachboden nicht.

是非常有特色的一家酒店，到達後就有工作人員過來幫忙拿行李和停車，房間很大，地理位置很好，步行至小法蘭西衹有7.8分鐘，周圍也有很多不錯的餐廳

Ottima esperienza. Hotel con camere pulite e spaziose; i prodotti in camera erano buonissimi. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Pulita e silenziosa la piscina e l’area benessere. Servizio di parcheggio da parte degli addetti dell’hotel. Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

Ottimo hotel , pulito , dotato di ogni confort, posizione eccellente accessibile facilmente in auto. Staff gentile e disponibile. Buona qualità servizi e prezzo. Da tenere in considerazione per una tappa a Strasburgo

The spa I was given 1 hour only . No receptionist on the spa no water or refreshment. I rang reception of hotel to ask for water, I was dehydrated from the sauna, they could not help. I tried to go to the gym to get water and was locked out of the spa ! I had to go to the breakfast room and ask for help in my swimsuit. Very embarrassing. By the time I got back into the spa my hour was complete. No response from the hotel! I travel often to Strasbourg but this hotel is all show horse and no customer service !

Awful. Just awful. This is not a hotel but a B&B. There is no restaurant. Instead, they push u on to the so called top Strasbourg restaurant next door which is separate from the hotel. Nice con. But wait - it’s full tonight so u can’t eat. You also check in in one building and sleep in another. Walking across the street with your belongings. There were some questionable characters hanging around outside which we didn’t like and discouraged us walking anywhere. This place is being passed off as a posh venue but it’s the opposite. Good job I used my Avios not real money otherwise I would have asked for refund.

Awful. Just awful. This is not a hotel but B&B! There is no restaurant here, instead they tried to move you onto the supposedly top Strasbourg restaurant next door which is owned by someone else. Nice con… After 6 hr drive, we were starving only to be to told there is no food ( only nuts and cold meats if u lucky ) and to try restaurant next door. But wait - it’s fully booked tonight so u out of luck! Very, very poor in my opinion. Also, you check in one building and walk across the road to another to find your bedroom. I also noticed some questionable characters hanging around outside the hotel which made us feel uneasy. Very underwhelming place that is being passed off as a posh venue. So glad I used my Avios points rather than real money otherwise I would have asked for refund.
