Eravamo stati in questo campeggio già 6 anni fa e siccome tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene , abbiamo deciso di tornare. Andando a giugno ossia in alta stagione sapevamo che poteva esserci il rischio di non trovare posto ma avendo bisogno solo di una piazzola per una tenda piccola e una moto abbiamo tentato lo stesso. Purtroppo l'accoglienza è stata terribile, il gestore del campeggio ci ha risposto in malomodo, quasi arrabbiato, perchè non avevamo visto il cartello sulla strada che indicava che il campeggio era pieno (messo dalla parte opposta da dove siamo venuti quindi non lo abbiamo visto!) e poi mentre stavamo parlando ha girato i tacchi tutto scocciato e è andato via.. sicuramente la prossima volta dormirò in mezzo alla strada piuttosto che tornarci!!!

As we drive towards the fjord, hang a sharp left down towards the campsite, we're greeted by Geraingerfjorden Feriesenter many cabins. Maria checked us in, and is very helpful to suggest activities. We took the boat for a two hours cruising in the calm fjord waters. Great view od waterfalls, we had two cruise ships made port call. We had a two bedrooms cabin, plenty of space, lounge and dining area, a patio overlooking the fjord. Pity it was raining a fair whence no too conducive to sit on patio to enjoy the view. Kitchen is well equipped.

Deluxe cabin was amazing. Kitchen is better than ours at home. Incredible view from inside cabin and on large porch. Cabins were quiet despite proximity to busy camping area. Staff is very helpful. Relaxing respite from the chaos of the town when the iron leviathans are in port.

We loved staying at the Geirangerfjorden Feriesenter! The view was stunning, the cabins were new, clean, fresh, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was lovely to wake up with a view of the G fjord!! The staff was amazing and very helpful! We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in 8 different places during our Norway trip and this 2 night stay was our favorite. The cabins are perfect. Everything was new and they were well stocked. We liked being outside of Geiranger just a little bit because it was so quiet. We spent hours sitting on the deck staring at the fjord. They staff was very helpful and friendly, too. Highly recommended.

We had three nights here in a self contained cabin that looked right up the fiord. We were right by the water. Everything was perfect and it was spotlessly clean. We could sit outside on the deck and admire the amazing fiord. It is great being a little out of town where it is much more peaceful especially when the cruise ship is in. Thank you for a very special stay.

We rented the premium cabin for 4 people for 3 nights. The cabin was spotless and sleek. It is located right on the fjord. The common room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The dishwasher was greatly appreciated. The ferry in town is about 2 kilometers away.

We stayed in a one-bedroom cabin for two nights and our experience was perfect, even the weather! The cabin was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a beautiful view of the fjord. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly Sandra and Kevin, who were friendly and assisted us in renting a boat for a wonderful trip around the fjord, where we saw stunning waterfalls. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Geiranger, as the location, view, and accommodation were all perfect.

We got a spacious fully equipped chalet that was quite pricey, but worth it. The fixtures were brand new but the building had a charming traditional feel with grass growing on the roof. There was everything we needed, except a clothes dryer. The kitchen/dining area has a picture window, and justifiably as the location is absolutely stunning, right on the crown jewel of Norway's fjord system. There are a couple of good hiking trails nearby, and the little tourist trap village is a short drive up the road (a little dangerous to walk, I say). Check-in was quick and easy once we figured out where to go: the kiosk at the bottom of the slope, not the hotel reception where you turn in off the road. Staff are friendly and helpful.
