Budget Motor Inn- Stony Point

i had boat engine trouble, got to a marina late night and had to stay with boat, tried tocall hotel 5 times no answer, no help from *******, very disappointed, never use Budgetm ******* or Generali again, thank got for social media as a warning.

Disgusting place That place is horrible… dirty, stink…I wish I won’t experience that nightmare anymore… that is a very disgusting place.

you get what you pay for really but can you do what I read before very quiet nights I spent there it was good

DIRTYYYY, We didn't even last 5 minutes inside the room and decided to leave. I paid for a non smoking room and apart from the fact that it smells like cigarettes the walls looks sticky from the smoke. There were spider webs on the walls and the chandelier. The bathroom was horrible too, mold in the corners. I understand that it is a motel and super cheap, but it does not take away how unsanitary it is.

It was as I expected for a last minute booking. The property said a lot with saying anything.... The front desk clerk was pleasant at check in but when I got my room and discovered my king was full -sized the same clerk, who picked up the phone after almost one hour of calling, told me that was all they had, all the beds are the same and that the websites put whatever they want. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I asked for a non-smoking room for two nights. The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The TV didn’t work. The ‘bed was more of a cushion m, and there was a lump in the bed from its head to its foot, and it was right in the middle of the mattress so there was no way to sleep without waking up with back pain. Unfortunately I checked in, dropped off my bags, then had to run to NYC for my show so by the time I got back around midnight, it was too late to ask for a room switch. I checked out the next morning, leaving a day early, due to those problems. When I told the manager why I was leaving, he smiled and said, ‘Okay.’ I talked to another woman staying there before I checked out, and it sounds like the other rooms were equally as bad. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.
