Best Western Sunrise Inn Suites

This was our second times trying here and we LOVED it last year. This year was quite disappointing. The staff at check in were terrible, rude and not accommodating at all regarding our group booking requests that were communicated to the 1 month prior at the time of booking. There was food floating in the pool and the water was filthy. Additionally, not once we’re there towels available at the pool and when we asked all 3 times we were told they had none for us. The next day the breakfast staff and front desk staff were great which is the one of the reasons they’re not getting a 1 star review. The rooms are great for the price. Of the two times we’ve stayed here this is the first time we’ve experienced such terrible front desk service. Hopefully if we choose to stay again the very rude duo at the desk are not there.

It was a good stay, the hallway was quite noisy though. Also, the tvs need updating so that a peraon can connect to netflix etc and watch movies

Very good 2-nite stay at Sunrise. Good beds, great staff and a quiet weeknight stay. We didn't use the complimentary breakfast but we've stayed here before the the breakfast was more than adequate.

The was nice we’ve been to best western before most of the time when we travel different provenance. It’s our first time to this location though, the staff and services was awesome, the only problem was the noise after midnight cause by snow blowing ftill 5am. We hardly got any sleep during our stay. We totally understand that this is a business and for safety of guests but shouldn’t be affecting other guests who’s trying to get rest and sleep especially after a long travel.

Great price, my daughter loved the pool, & the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed our stay & will be going back!

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind except for the maintenance worker. We were drinking water in a plastic drink container by the pool. Instead of being kind, he talked to us like we were children and threatened to kick us out. After talking to the maintenance manager, who was kind he said he would talk to him but it ruined our evening. People skills matter for all jobs in the service industry

Quick easy check in, helpful friendly staff. Great soundproofing between rooms.

We enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast in the morning. The kids especially liked the slippers and robes in the room. Will definitely be coming back for a little stay-cation.
