Manager of property is not answering me or ******* re issues with listing. This is not near ****** nor are rooms soundproof and they do not have blackout drapes. Public areas smell musty and have damage.

Pool was out of order. Hotel did not have a game room. Booked an accessible room. Was given a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator available. Contacted ******* who contacted hotel. Was not given a different room, was told that i needed to contact hotel ahead of time to ensure accessible room.

It smelled musty and had Bedbugs did not stay after bedbugs dicoveres! Resort staff were rude an refuse a refund

Hotel was very conveniently located for our visit to the aquarium. Only two issues was no vending available only some choices at the desk ...cash only. Also bathroom door was damaged and repaired but paint job wasn't fixed. Hotel was very nice but showing signs of wear. Beds were very comfortable. No elevator so if needed be sure to request first floor.

For the price, it’s honestly a pretty good place. It was quiet and I felt safe. Plenty of clean fowels

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We stayed just long enough to find another hotel in the area. The accommodations were deplorable. One light in the room. Only one outlet to use. The bed was on a Wierd metal frame and the sheets and blanket had Wierd stains on them, think adult stains. The reviews for this hotel seem to either be faked or a carry over from the previous life of the hotel. As *******, I would vette some of these hotels before being associated, this was a waste of money. Also, they got 1 star as zero was not an option.

Don’t be deceived by the pictures. This place is so run down and unkept. The only things that were good was the bed was comfortable and there was hot water. All the things we noticed- air/heat did not work, there were only two small bedside lamps and one of them wasn’t even near a plug so we had to move furniture to make it work. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned well in a while. The bathtub only allowed the shower to work and not the faucet. The side door of the building that should be locked was never locked and looked like the lock was broken. It felt unsafe. Wry dim lights in parking lot at night. We only saw one guy when we checked in and never saw another staff person. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Amazing stay. The price was good. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the shower too. I will visit again in the summer time.

No hot water i let the front desk know she said you have to let it run for 30 min. That's to long for hot water.
I never did that for hot water. And the room heater was blowing cool air stay away from this place no good.
