albergo in edificio storico, situato in centro e vicino al mare in zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Camere molto spaziose e in generale ambienti molto puliti. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e simpatico. Se sarà possibile ci torneremo volentieri.

Raccomando questo hotel perché pulito e ordinato, personale sempre cordiale e educato colazione e cena con una vista spettacolare sulla città. Quando tornerò a stone town verrò sicuramente qui! Asante sana per il servizio dato!!!!!!!

The hotel is in a prime location, furnished beautifully and has a nice terrace. Located in the middle of the old town, in one day we could visit the old streets and beautiful houses of Stone Town and it‘s interesting history. The staff is really gentle and wants you to feel at home.

One night layover in Stonetown in this beautiful, friendly & comfortable hotel centrally located. Regret not having dinner on the rooftop as breakfast was lovely. We used a guide arranged by the hotel & he wasn't terribly knowledgeable so shop around

Stayed at Kisiwa House for our final night on Zanzibar - mainly for easy airport access - and wish we could have stayed longer! Kisiwa House is ideally located in the heart of Stone Town and gives an authentic sense of place. Rooms are clean and spacious and the building is full of historic character and charm, with a lovely airy courtyard, original beamed ceilings, and interesting antique decor throughout. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. Service was friendly and professional and prices incredibly reasonable given the amenities. Only caveat is that the rooms (and lovely rooftop restaurant) are accessible only through fairly steep staircases, so this place may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend for anyone else!

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable and it's well located in the town. Breakfast is delicious and above all, the staff are amazing, very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay great! They arranged an airport transfer and gave me tips on where to visit!

What a lovely hidden place. Great service from friendly staff even though we stayed there for a night. We love breakfast and one of their staff, Zulpha was attending us so nicely. Her fresh juice made my day! Also a big thank you to Franktiba, resident manager. You helped us a lot. We will come back and will stay here more longer definitely!

This was a secret gem. I found Kisiwa house after being catfished by another hotel with pretty photos on the internet. I randomly found Kisiwa how the same night and they gave me a room. The cheapest room was big, nice clean and comfortable. I had been traveling for 24 hours and I was able to finally take a warm and long shower. The hotel is hidden but once you find it, you absolutely do not want to leave. It is well designed and beautiful. I took so many photos in there because it was so well designed - Bali meets Dubai? The staff is just wonderful and took such good care of me. I even made some friends who recommended Kisiwa on the beach. Another magnificent place!! Thanks so much Ramadan, V and everyone at reception. Internet is 10/10, and as a digital nomad, this is gold. The food is delicious and also abundant I looked forward to peaceful breakfast on the rooftop in the morning every day. Thank for taking such good care of me. I can’t wait to bring my friends and partner next time.

I enjoyed my stay at Kisiwa House, it's a beautiful and charming hotel. It checks all the boxes with customer service, cleanliness, and comfort. Everyone was helpful especially Franktiba, Hassan and Esther with their excellent suggestions of taxi operators, tour guides and restaurants. Kisiwa House is a must visit.
