Hotel Burghof ★★

"Molto gentile signora. Mi mancava la data, quando stavo prenotando. Ma questo è stato risolto senza problemi immediatamente. Per questo prezzo mi piace molto. Hai un buon letto e baci di testa. L'unica cosa che era un po' meno è la polvere e gli angoli, ma torniamo indietro."

City Hotel Stolberg ★★★

"Unfriendly staff : When parking, we were given a card that had to be returned at checkout. Unfortunately, our card slipped while taking it out of the machine, and someone else kindly picked it up and handed it to the staff. At first, they told us it was fine and that they had our card, but later they demanded we pay for it, claiming it hadn’t been “properly returned.”"

Vichter Landhaus ★★★

"Never been treated so bad! No hot water on Sunday morning. As I asked for hot water I was told “No, you wait until it’s fixed.” And afterwards when I tried to explain the inconvenience I was told: I hate you people, referring to my disability . When my friend asked the lady behind the reception desk what she meant, she even said: “I don’t hate you guys, I hate her sort.” Never been so baffled! Horrible place."
