This review is based on our experience of a member of staff we encountered on the complex, Assistant Manager on the morning of June 2nd 2024 was extremely helpful in assisting us at a time of great anguish. In our excitement to commence our cruise holiday we had forgotten to print some necessary paperwork. We stopped at the services in the hope there would be such a facility on site. Unfortunately there wasn't but a member of staff suggested Travel Lodge across the parking area. The Assistant Manager empathised with our plight and graciously provided a solution to our problem. They could have sent us on our way WITHOUT assisting us as we hadn't been guests at the hotel (on this occasion) but their understanding and kindness made us feel valued and i'm sure had we been guests we'd have experienced that level of service throughout our stay.
