房間挺大，高速公路服務區裏。都是一樓，服務區有超市和幾個出飯的地方。總體比較方便。適合自駕遊住一晚的。

This review is based on our experience of a member of staff we encountered on the complex, Assistant Manager on the morning of June 2nd 2024 was extremely helpful in assisting us at a time of great anguish. In our excitement to commence our cruise holiday we had forgotten to print some necessary paperwork. We stopped at the services in the hope there would be such a facility on site. Unfortunately there wasn't but a member of staff suggested Travel Lodge across the parking area. The Assistant Manager empathised with our plight and graciously provided a solution to our problem. They could have sent us on our way WITHOUT assisting us as we hadn't been guests at the hotel (on this occasion) but their understanding and kindness made us feel valued and i'm sure had we been guests we'd have experienced that level of service throughout our stay. Stayed while I was visiting family, the room was clean outstandingly so in my opinion; the bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and if I needed a place to stay down here again I’d definitely book!

Stayed here with my fella and it was a great stay. Our room was clean and tidy. Receptist was friendly and the food outlet is great too. We will be back again around Christmas for a return trip. Thank you and we will recommend to family and friends

Absolutely amazing hotel - great stay and very clean room . Stayed on route to family visit . Would definetly stay here and recommend again . Free parking also remember to put your plate on the machine . Will be back again next year keep up the good work .

The manager and the assistant manager should be paid double as they always the extra mile. The rooms are nice and clean and location is perfect with plenty of parking on site. Remember to put your registration in the monitor at reception to benefit the free parking.
