Our service woman Maral was amazing and very professional at her job, extremely happy and inviting and lovely smile, she helped us with an email problem and it got sorted out within fifteen minutes, I will definitely use this place again, love to you.

We were greeted by Maral on reception, who was really friendly and professional. We also asked for an extra bedding in the room and Maral sorted this out for us with no hassle. The room is clean and provides everything you need for a good night sleep.

On the plus side - it's location, very close to the centre of Stockport. Our room was in the annex and was tiny. There was a tiny shower room instead of a bathroom, you could barely move in it. The whole annex building smelt of damp. The room, especially the bathroom, looked as it the cleaning had been rushed - quite dirty in places. We had breakfast twice - took 10 minutes for anyone to come and get our order then another 10 minutes or so for them to bring the food, which was never quite what we ordered. On our third morning, we skipped breakfast and went to eat at a local pub. The service in the restaurant was appalling, rude and inefficient. The bar was closed by 10pm on a Saturday night. The whole place looked incredibly run down and delapidated Shan't be staying there again

Bedroom/shower facilities and food were all good value but the stand out from our 1 night visit (Sun 25th May) was the chap on reception (same chap who greeted us Sun late pm and checked us out Mon am) - so friendly and lovely sense of humour Also mentions to the chap serving in the attached Hungry Horse (again Sun late pm/evening and Mon am) - again great service and a lady serving Mon am breakfast time. People make a real difference and all of above clearly care and are a credit to the Premier Inn group. I didn’t get names sorry!

The overall stay at this hotel was wonderful. Premier Inn is our, go to choice because they have the comfiest beds and cleanest rooms. This one in particular was on top. We definitely recommend it. stayed here last month. Staff were friendly from check in to check out, will be coming back again.

Absolutely lovely stay . Staff were so friendly . We had accessible room as wife is disabled . It was her hen night and our wedding night . Everything went like clockwork . Lovely meals and breakfast especially the bacon . Should of asked whose it was . 11 out of 10 !!!

The staff were amazing, I enjoyed my stay at central everything was perfect I couldn’t ask for more. Pj on reception couldn’t do enough for us Nothing was too much of an ask and I couldn’t fault any of my stay one bit. The room was clean and presentable and the bed was comfy
