Hotel in zona Tessinparkens stadsodling, Stoccolma

Parto direttamente dall'aeroporto, quindi sono circa 13:00, molto più presto di quanto non sia in arrivo, quindi naturalmente, quando mi chiedo se posso lasciare solo il bagaglio!Sono anche autorizzato a entrare nella stanza! La colazione è la migliore della mia vita! La stanza è molto piccola, ma sembra vivere lì, molto tranquilla. Due giorni al giorno per pulire la stanza La stanza è organica, vicino alla stazione Caraplan. Il supermercato è molto conveniente davanti alla stazione! Il colazione è inoltrabile! Anch'io voglio andare a cena.

Le camere sono perfette in termini di pulizia e di attrezzature, si trovano molto comodamente. Molto ben situato a contatto con il centro della città, per raggiungere facilmente i luoghi di interesse da visitare. Il cibo è di alta qualità, molto ben fatto e il personale della sala da pranzo, e in generale in tutto l'hotel, sono attenti e amichevoli. Molto buona organizzazione e funzionamento. Una scelta molto raccomandata per coloro che vogliono passare qualche giorno a Stoccolma confortevolmente.

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per due notti distinte a distanza di quasi due settimane. La posizione è perfetta per chi usa la stazione centrale o il terminal dei bus a lunga distanza. Le due stanze singole erano conformi con quanto pubblicizzato. Letti comodi. La pulizia generale sia della camera sia del bagno erano accettabili ad eccezione del soffitto. È infatti molto impolverato e questo influisce sulla qualità dell'aria. Connessione wifi non sempre stabile. Il livello di rumore dipende dalle stanze. La prima era in una parte appartata per cui molto silenziosa mentre la seconda dava sul corridoio principale. Di conseguenza era più rumorosa. Ritengo la struttura una valida scelta per chi è di passaggio in città. Per periodi più lunghi sceglierei un'altra struttura.

Grande servizio e personale amichevole

Grande posizione centrale. Camere tranquille e pulite. Delizioso colazione. Personale efficiente e utile. Si consiglia di richiedere più alta della 6a stanza con finestra la prossima volta come camera vista in giardino interno.

Grande posizione, centrale alla stazione ferroviaria e vari punti di interesse.  Il lobby dell'hotel è molto bello, ma le camere potrebbero fare con l'aggiornamento. Sorridi al custode. Erano molto efficienti e puliti la stanza ad un ottimo standard! L'Hotel Sauna era molto deludente, la luce era rotta e il riscaldamento non era nemmeno caldo?

스톡홀름 오덴플란 역에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 있고, 호텔 문 열고 나와서 도보 2분 거리에는 지하철 역이 있어서 여기저기 이동하기 편함. 방에 창문이 없는 것은 약간 에러이지만, 냄새 같은 건 하나도 없었으며 방도 상당히 깔끔하게 관리되고 있었음. 아침 조식 먹을만하고 맛도 나쁘지 않음. 북유럽 물가 생각하면 가성비 좋게 머물다 갈 수 있는 곳임.

All'Hilton Hotel di Stoccolma, Ruthon, Svezia A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Sloan Venga dall'aeroporto circa un'ora di metro L'hotel è molto pulito. La stanza è molto grande. Il passo vicino alla città può andare al ristorante, al supermercato e al museo del municipio, ecc La posizione geografica è molto conveniente Il tipo di colazione è ancora molto ricco di sapore.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

La posizione dell'ostello della gioventù è vicino alla stazione e al centro città Il bagno è nella stanza, anche se è piccolo Il riscaldamento delle camere è sufficiente ma non ci sono le tende. Qualcuno pulirà quotidianamente la zona comune. Inoltre, non c'è l'asciugacapelli in camera. Devi andare allo sportello per depositare il passaporto o la carta d'identità. Tuttavia, l'atteggiamento allo sportello della carta d'identità è piuttosto informale e ho la sensazione che potrei perderla accidentalmente🙃
