Hotel in zona Perennparken, Stoccolma

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

Great place to stay centrally in Stockholm. We Walker everywhere and did not take public transportation at all. Fantastic views from the room. We chose a superior room with private bathroom and everything lived up to our expectations. You just have to remember that this is a budget hotel and hostel. Very cheap for a central location in Stockholm. We visited in January, but the room was nice and warm. Bathroom was not heated, but they had placed an electric heater that we turned on while using the bathroom and that was just fine for us. The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in several hours early. We had only asked if we could leave our bag, but they had the room available. Probably possible due to low occupancy in January. I loved the unique stay and would definitely recommended. Would like to visit again in the spring or summertime.

Questo è un appartamento nel quartiere di Solna a Stoccolma, ben collegato al centro della città con autobus (stazione è fuori) e una stazione metropolitana vicina (ci sono voluta circa 7 minuti a piedi). Gli appartamenti sono di base ma moderni, puliti e hanno ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno indipendente - un mini-area cucina nella camera con frigorifero, microonde e forno top cucina anelli. Il livello 2 offre una stanza di lavanderia che si può prenotare gratuitamente in slot di 90 minuti (lavapolvere disponibile presso la Reception a un prezzo ragionevole). Vi è anche una stanza con diverse casse per la gommatura e il riciclaggio di bottiglie, canne, carta, cartone ecc. L'intero posto è molto efficiente e vi è un mini-supermercato lungo la strada (coscivolo ma conveniente). L'unica cosa da notare è che la Reception è chiusa da 8am-1.30pm al giorno. Il resto della giornata/notte, c'è personale alla Reception. La Reception ha anche un frigorifero che si può acquistare una gamma limitata di bevande molli, ecc. Come ho detto all'inizio, è un posto di base ma davvero funzionale e il prezzo per un posto in grande Stoccolma è sorprendente. Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti (solo puliscono la tua stanza, sostituiscono le tue biancheria ecc. ogni 7 notti che non era un problema per noi).

Grande posizione centrale. Camere tranquille e pulite. Delizioso colazione. Personale efficiente e utile. Si consiglia di richiedere più alta della 6a stanza con finestra la prossima volta come camera vista in giardino interno.

All'Hilton Hotel di Stoccolma, Ruthon, Svezia A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Sloan Venga dall'aeroporto circa un'ora di metro L'hotel è molto pulito. La stanza è molto grande. Il passo vicino alla città può andare al ristorante, al supermercato e al museo del municipio, ecc La posizione geografica è molto conveniente Il tipo di colazione è ancora molto ricco di sapore.

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per due notti distinte a distanza di quasi due settimane. La posizione è perfetta per chi usa la stazione centrale o il terminal dei bus a lunga distanza. Le due stanze singole erano conformi con quanto pubblicizzato. Letti comodi. La pulizia generale sia della camera sia del bagno erano accettabili ad eccezione del soffitto. È infatti molto impolverato e questo influisce sulla qualità dell'aria. Connessione wifi non sempre stabile. Il livello di rumore dipende dalle stanze. La prima era in una parte appartata per cui molto silenziosa mentre la seconda dava sul corridoio principale. Di conseguenza era più rumorosa. Ritengo la struttura una valida scelta per chi è di passaggio in città. Per periodi più lunghi sceglierei un'altra struttura.

Proprio di fronte alla stazione dei treni, sotto il cavalcavia. Catena alberghiera nordica, garanzia di qualità. La stanza è più spaziosa e ha un bollitore. La colazione è abbastanza soddisfacente, non ci sono punti luminosi e la gestione è migliore, tutti sono condotti al tavolo dal cameriere, quindi non ci sarà confusione; C'erano parecchi fannulloni in attesa e la cerniera dello zaino è stata aperta il primo giorno alla stazione dei treni, e si è semplicemente scoperto in tempo che non c'era nulla di prezioso.

Le genre d’hôtel où je voudrai toujours séjourner ! Chambre parfaite (le petit coin banquette devant la fenêtre : perfection). Les espaces communs de l’hôtel très agréables. Les personnes à la réception sont très accueillantes. Cela faisait très longtemps que je rêvais de séjour au Downtown Camper, je n’ai pas été déçue !

Prima di tutto, la stanza è grande, le strutture interne sono molto perfette, e guardare molto nuovo, rendere la gente vedere un buon umore In secondo luogo, il colazione dell'hotel è molto, sia il pane, le frutta che le bevande sono particolarmente numerose L'atteggiamento del personale è anche particolarmente buono. È molto amichevole. La decorazione dell'hotel è anche buona. Ci sono molti supermercati vicino che possono raggiungere il treno di Tangxi in cinque minuti, e 10 minuti al centro della città, è molto conveniente Anche se non nel centro della città, non farà sentire la gente timido e pericoloso. Anche noi due siamo molto tranquilli! E il prezzo è troppo amichevole! Raccomandazione ～

Ho prenotato la loro camera singola senza finestre, poiché entrambi non ho bisogno di un'eccessiva disponibilità in camera e di godere anche di posti piccoli e confortevoli (questo non è un'espressione sarcastica: mi piaceva davvero la piccola stanza). La camera era abbastanza spaziosa per il letto, un taglio aggiuntivo per un piccolo ufficio, e il bagno privato era quasi il doppio della dimensione del resto della camera stessa; le pareti erano dipinte in grigio scuro o viola, come i vestiti del letto. Era un bel po'di comodo, un po' di comodo, in cui potevo dormire e rilassarmi un po'. Il loro colazione è un prezzo standard, nessuna denuncia o accento. Mi sono compiaciuto dei mini croissant, dello yogurt e del frutto, anche se un'opzione di yogurt non dolce sarebbe stata buona (ma non una denuncia ancora una volta), ma una questione che ho è quella delle tasse di parcheggio. È annunciato sul sito web hotels.com, così come nella versione inglese del sito stesso dell'hotel che il parcheggio è SEK100,-/giorno. Tuttavia, il loro sistema interno, e come ho trovato più tardi durante la verifica, il loro sito web svedese è stato sia SEK150,-/giorno. Non ho seguito questo fino al giorno successivo, quando sono arrivato tardi la sera e ho controllato le liste dopo aver controllato. La differenza monetaria è trascurabile, ma questo è stato frustrante da presentare al punto di pagamento e non aggiornato in tutte le piattaforme di questo hotel pubblicità su. Quando ho chiesto al desk di questo e ho mostrato al personale FD la versione hotels.com e inglese del loro sito con la quantità più bassa, mi è stato dato un look scusante e la versione professionale di gettare le mani in aiuto. Non mi aspetto che i rimborsi immediati (ho letto r/TablesFrom theFrontDesk per abbastanza tempo) ma almeno una menzione che sarà inviato in una catena di comando mi riducerebbe il sentimento di essere sbagliato. Il parcheggio è comunque disponibile in un parcheggio sotterraneo tramite la chiave della carta dell'hotel.
