Hotel in zona Oscars församling, Stoccolma

La nostra accoglienza è stata molto piacevole, ma la nostra camera modesta in questo hotel si è sentita come a casa quando siamo andati dopo sei notti. Le aree di lobby e di cena sono confortevoli e invitanti. La posizione era perfetta per le nostre esigenze e il fronte dell'acqua e numerose viste e attività erano a piedi. La zona ha quasi un senso residenziale e ci sentivamo molto al sicuro. Se ci rimandiamo, rimarremmo certamente lì. Il nostro tempo era perfetto quando eravamo lì e uscivamo e circa quotidianamente. Tuttavia sappiamo che c'è molto di più da vedere. Stoccolma è una città storica e stupenda. L'hotel ha un accordo con una compagnia locale di cabina, e vorrei chiederle perché erano molto più ragionevoli di quelle di altre società che avevamo usato.

Parto direttamente dall'aeroporto, quindi sono circa 13:00, molto più presto di quanto non sia in arrivo, quindi naturalmente, quando mi chiedo se posso lasciare solo il bagaglio!Sono anche autorizzato a entrare nella stanza! La colazione è la migliore della mia vita! La stanza è molto piccola, ma sembra vivere lì, molto tranquilla. Due giorni al giorno per pulire la stanza La stanza è organica, vicino alla stazione Caraplan. Il supermercato è molto conveniente davanti alla stazione! Il colazione è inoltrabile! Anch'io voglio andare a cena.

Grande servizio e personale amichevole

C'erano peli sul cuscino, macchie sulle lenzuola e una zanzara morta sulle lenzuola Poiché l'aereo era in ritardo, erano già le due di notte quando arrivammo all'hotel avevo troppo sonno quindi mi sono appena lavato e sono andato a letto. Era solo un pernottamento e non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di fare colazione.

Molto ben situato, pulito, bellissimo personale. Matteria indossata... Il sistema di vento rumoroso quando si avvicina alla scala, è meglio prendere una stanza più avanti. Aveva comunque un piacevole soggiorno.

All'Hilton Hotel di Stoccolma, Ruthon, Svezia A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Sloan Venga dall'aeroporto circa un'ora di metro L'hotel è molto pulito. La stanza è molto grande. Il passo vicino alla città può andare al ristorante, al supermercato e al museo del municipio, ecc La posizione geografica è molto conveniente Il tipo di colazione è ancora molto ricco di sapore.

L'hotel è molto pulito, ordinato e unico. Non lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, il trasporto è conveniente. È molto vicino a Queen Street e a solo un chilometro dalla città vecchia. Le principali attrazioni sono tutte nel centro storico, raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione dell'hotel è ricca e varia. Il ristorante è grande e il cameriere è molto carino Uscendo dal ristorante mi ha detto gentilmente ”buona giornata”. Sembra che gli europei abbiano questa abitudine? !

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per due notti distinte a distanza di quasi due settimane. La posizione è perfetta per chi usa la stazione centrale o il terminal dei bus a lunga distanza. Le due stanze singole erano conformi con quanto pubblicizzato. Letti comodi. La pulizia generale sia della camera sia del bagno erano accettabili ad eccezione del soffitto. È infatti molto impolverato e questo influisce sulla qualità dell'aria. Connessione wifi non sempre stabile. Il livello di rumore dipende dalle stanze. La prima era in una parte appartata per cui molto silenziosa mentre la seconda dava sul corridoio principale. Di conseguenza era più rumorosa. Ritengo la struttura una valida scelta per chi è di passaggio in città. Per periodi più lunghi sceglierei un'altra struttura.

La posizione dell'ostello della gioventù è vicino alla stazione e al centro città Il bagno è nella stanza, anche se è piccolo Il riscaldamento delle camere è sufficiente ma non ci sono le tende. Qualcuno pulirà quotidianamente la zona comune. Inoltre, non c'è l'asciugacapelli in camera. Devi andare allo sportello per depositare il passaporto o la carta d'identità. Tuttavia, l'atteggiamento allo sportello della carta d'identità è piuttosto informale e ho la sensazione che potrei perderla accidentalmente🙃

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.
