Hotel in zona Kungenskurva footover bridge, Stoccolma

I am a 15-year old student that came to Sweden for WSC [World Scholar's Cup] with some school mates and our stay so far has been really blissful. In th lounge, you will find a pool table so you can relax and spend time with a friend or family or enjoy a game of pool. The workers are extremely gentle, polite and really really helpful. The food is absolutely devine and mouth-watering, especially their breakfast. It also has amazing views and it is very close to a mall and train station in case you ever want to get transport to go explore Sweden or go shopping for a thing or 2. The wifi is also really reliable and quick and in the rooms, you are provided with an iron and ironing table. In short, it's a very lovely and cozy hotel with amazing staff and services and unforgettable treats and experiences. I really love it here and it makes me not want to go back to Africa, like at all.

Cerchi un posto per soggiornare per una notte o probabilmente più? È una buona scelta. Camera di base con bagno privato e letto pulito. L'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino a molti centri commerciali e alla strada alta. Il bagno di base è incluso e il parcheggio e il WiFi sono gratuiti. La reception è aperta per il check-in tardivo e tutti i membri del personale sono molto sociali. È sempre necessario pulire ulteriormente. Puoi anche sentire il rumore nel corridoio se qualcuno sta camminando o chiudendo la porta ... Ancora disposto a andare lì se viaggio solo.

Highly recommend Scandic Kungens kurva. Great staff, especially the breakfast staff, so friendly and helpful. Great value for money, free parking (a lot of other hotels charge you for that) and not far from central Stockholm. With car you are easily in downtown in about 15 min by E4. We stay here almost all times we visit Stockholm.

Siamo a Stoccolma, non Huddinge! Siamo tuttavia all'Hotel con quel nome. Grazie per aver aperto qui anche se è stato da Natale! Non meno! È la nostra prima notte qui. Grazie! Abbiamo apprezzato la zona Kings Kurva e tutti gli shopping. Ci sono molte cose da fare. Possiamo rimanere per sempre! Grazie mille! Ci sono anche due Donken! Sì, abbiamo dormito per la maggior parte!

La stanza era in linea di principio buona. Ma non si ottiene davvero lusso. La stanza è minima ma soddisfa per una breve visita alla città. La città centrale è a distanza molto lontano e camminare è più di 1 ora. La colazione è carina ma soddisfatta. Per il resto, era tutto a posto.

Ho avuto una strana esperienza in questo hotel. Il mio secondo giorno qui, un uomo entrava nella mia stanza senza colpire. Ho appena sentito la tastiera di essere scrivita e poi lui camminava. Ero in completa SHOCK. Mi disse che era stato consigliato dai proprietari di questa stanza era vuota e che la gente che la trovava già controllata.Gli ho detto che avevo ancora due notti qui, ero completamente confusa e sincera, un po' spaventata. Sono una giovane viaggiatore solo e mentre ero vestito e solo appeso sul mio portatile, che ne dici se mi vestessi o mi sarei appena uscito dalla doccia o qualcosa del genere? Mi ha detto che era lì come gli è stato chiesto di riparare la cromaca sulla TV? (non ho mai chiesto di farlo devono essere gli ultimi che sono rimasti lì). Mi disse che poteva tornare e farlo dopo quando sono andato se voglio... quest'uomo non era vestito in alcuna vestita ufficiale, non volevo davvero che tornasse nella mia stanza quando ero fuori con tutto il mio materiale, quindi gli ho detto di ripararlo ora, ma mi sentivo così incomodo tutto il tempo. Anche io ho preso delle foto per dimostrare che questo è successo per una causa sincera, sono ancora sconvolto di tutto. Tuttavia, alla fine ha lasciato e non è tornato nella mia stanza per il resto del tempo che ero rimasto lì. L'altra strana esperienza che ho avuto con questo hotel è che mi hanno mandato un'e-mail il giorno prima che arrivassi cercando di dirmi che non avevo pagato per la stanza. Prima di tutto, ho prenotato attraverso un'agenzia di prenotazione (Wotif) perche' per loro di postarmi direttamente per chiedere il pagamento è strano iniziare con, sono tornati e andati con me cercando di dire che non ho pagato, È stato solo quando ho contattato Wotif per contattare l'hotel che finalmente mi hanno fermato chiedendo soldi e mi hanno fornito i codici di accesso. C'è qualcosa di strano su questo hotel ..... Credo che sia necessario essere indagato se sono onesta.

Ci piaceva molto, grande, pulita, grandi, finestre luminose, cortine e tende per la luce presente, specchi molto efficaci, temperatura comoda, ventilazione efficiente, non so quando è stata costruita, ma tutto sembra nuovo. Tutti i servizi sono superlativi. Personale gentile, sempre sorridente, ovunque, ricevimento, ristorante, colazione. La connessione al centro della città è molto veloce, con molti treni, in 10-15 minuti, con 40, 41, 42, 43, ecc. E, infine, credo sia il miglior prezzo in città, e se avremo un'altra possibilità, restiamo qui quando andremo a Stoccolma.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per due notti distinte a distanza di quasi due settimane. La posizione è perfetta per chi usa la stazione centrale o il terminal dei bus a lunga distanza. Le due stanze singole erano conformi con quanto pubblicizzato. Letti comodi. La pulizia generale sia della camera sia del bagno erano accettabili ad eccezione del soffitto. È infatti molto impolverato e questo influisce sulla qualità dell'aria. Connessione wifi non sempre stabile. Il livello di rumore dipende dalle stanze. La prima era in una parte appartata per cui molto silenziosa mentre la seconda dava sul corridoio principale. Di conseguenza era più rumorosa. Ritengo la struttura una valida scelta per chi è di passaggio in città. Per periodi più lunghi sceglierei un'altra struttura.
