Hotel in zona Högalid park, Stoccolma

I just wanted to share an unpleasent situation I have been through with this property recently that unfortunately escalated to serious proportions. I recently stayed in this Hotel and had a little problem regarding a misinformation of the breakfast hours. When I arrived, I was informed that the breakfast would last until 9:30 but, unfortunately and understandable, I was tired and have not memorized this information. Thus, I refered to the information card available in our rooms, which stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. When I went downstairs at 9:41, the breakfast was already over. I explained that I needed to eat something because I was taking medication and that in the room it was stated that the breakfast would last until 10am. Fortunately, the person there let me have some leftovers (some boiled eggs and cookies for example) so I could take my medication, but it was not really a proper breakfast. Later when I arrived back home, I contacted the hotel explaining the situation, explaining that there was a misinformation regarding the breakfast times in the information cards in the rooms, and asking politely to have a refund of the breakfast value. Unfortunately, the reply from the hotel was extremely disturbing. Not only they refused the refund, but actually threatened to share unauthorized CCTV footage of us and our full names on social media if I refused to delete my comment from booking.com. This situation is so unnacceptable that not only I have not deleted my comment but I am also trying to raise awareness of this situation in every possible platform, hence my review here. Also, make sure to check other reviews on booking from this property, and you will see other disturbing situations where, for example, the property publicly accuses some guests of consuming drugs and prostituting themselves in their hotel. I reckon that unfortunately I will not have my breakfast refunded, but nevertheless I want to make sure this situation reaches the public so everyone should be aware of how this property treats their unsatisfied guests in an agressive and threatening way. Grande servizio e personale amichevole

Prima di tutto, voglio essere grato al personale dell'Hotel Reimersholme.Sono stati così gentili, molto rispettosi e felici.Quasi tutti mi sorrisevano e questo mi ha fatto una buona impressione. La posizione è good.Comfort e la pulizia della stanza, assolutamente fantastica.Hanno una vista molto bella fuori.Inoltre, grazie per il colazione.

Il check-in alle 15:00 è piuttosto tardi, soprattutto dopo essere arrivati ​​da un volo in anticipo alle 9:15. Ho chiesto informazioni sul check-in anticipato e, anche se molti altri viaggiatori sono arrivati ​​nello stesso periodo, non era chiaro se avessero prenotato tramite Trip.com o direttamente con l'hotel. Mi sono ritrovato ad aspettare in giro per l'hotel per quasi 2 ore nella speranza di assicurarmi un check-in anticipato. Tuttavia, la risposta che ho ricevuto quando ho chiesto informazioni su una camera è stata: ”Puoi tornare e controllare di nuovo se una camera diventa disponibile, ma l'orario del check-in è alle 3.” Ero esausto e ho rischiato, aspettando per quasi 2 ore e fortunatamente si è liberata una stanza. Ciò che mi ha sorpreso è stato che il servizio ospiti alla reception non mi ha informato in modo proattivo quando una stanza era pronta, anche se stavo aspettando nella hall, che è relativamente piccola e non lontana dal bancone. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, era discreta, ma ho riscontrato un incidente deludente. Ho messo il cibo sul tavolo e sono uscito brevemente per prendere un caffè, ma al mio ritorno ho scoperto che il tavolo era stato sparecchiato, compreso il cibo fresco che avevo preso. Il lato positivo è che la posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza comoda, essendo vicino alla Stazione Centrale e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da vari punti di interesse. A parte il check-in posticipato e i problemi del tavolo per la colazione, tutto il resto dell'hotel era soddisfacente.

Bellissima esperienza! Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in nave… sempre bello e caratteristico! Avevamo la stanza n 31… al piano superiore con piccolo bagno in camera.. una piccola scrivania e un letto da una piazza e 1/2… piccola ma pulita, confortevole, silenziosa, sicura ( dotata di codici per entrare sulla boat e al nostro piano.. una finestra ed un oblò con vista sulla città … un ingresso a prua riscaldato e caratteristico dove si poteva ammirare il panorama con mare e città sullo sfondo! Bellissimo! Bollitore con the/caffè… prese italiane.. phon… a circa 600 ma dalla fermata gamla stan da cui partono tutte le linee principali della metro. Possibilità di area comune per colazione ( a pagamento) o anche solo per rilassarsi un po’… davvero carina come sistemazione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

L'hotel è carino, la posizione è a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Stoccolma e c'è una fermata della metropolitana e un negozio nelle vicinanze. La colazione era eccezionale, molte opzioni. La stanza in sé andava bene, sapevo che era senza finestra ma la stanza aveva pochissima ventilazione e faceva sempre caldo. Ha una sedia ma nessuna scrivania, quindi devi sederti sul letto per usare un laptop. Puoi sederti al piano di sotto nella hall, ma non voglio essere la mia unica opzione. L'hotel non pulisce la stanza ogni giorno, a meno che tu non scenda al piano di sotto e lo chieda anche ogni mattina.

Questo è un appartamento nel quartiere di Solna a Stoccolma, ben collegato al centro della città con autobus (stazione è fuori) e una stazione metropolitana vicina (ci sono voluta circa 7 minuti a piedi). Gli appartamenti sono di base ma moderni, puliti e hanno ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno indipendente - un mini-area cucina nella camera con frigorifero, microonde e forno top cucina anelli. Il livello 2 offre una stanza di lavanderia che si può prenotare gratuitamente in slot di 90 minuti (lavapolvere disponibile presso la Reception a un prezzo ragionevole). Vi è anche una stanza con diverse casse per la gommatura e il riciclaggio di bottiglie, canne, carta, cartone ecc. L'intero posto è molto efficiente e vi è un mini-supermercato lungo la strada (coscivolo ma conveniente). L'unica cosa da notare è che la Reception è chiusa da 8am-1.30pm al giorno. Il resto della giornata/notte, c'è personale alla Reception. La Reception ha anche un frigorifero che si può acquistare una gamma limitata di bevande molli, ecc. Come ho detto all'inizio, è un posto di base ma davvero funzionale e il prezzo per un posto in grande Stoccolma è sorprendente. Abbiamo soggiornato 8 notti (solo puliscono la tua stanza, sostituiscono le tue biancheria ecc. ogni 7 notti che non era un problema per noi).

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Scoprire la mia aspettativa era piuttosto bassa a causa di un passaggio infortunato in questo hotel, ma questo cambiava completamente il momento in cui mi sono salito all'interno della suite. È stato spazioso, confortevole e lussuoso con enormi finestre di pavimento e un grande terrazzo che si trovava di fronte alla città e al Globen. Il sistema HVAC è stato il migliore che abbia mai visto in un hotel svedese (un gran pianto dai sistemi nordici normali che ti mantengono congelati in inverno e sudorazione in estate), la pressione dell'acqua sorprendente e le finiture elegante. Ciò ha detto, se dovessi fare il nitpick, non era perfetto - le uscite erano quasi inesistenti, un paio di luci di spot erano fuori ordine, non c'era gel da doccia nel doccia, la TV era troppo piccola per una stanza di questa dimensione e non c'era nulla di privacy per la La casa di riposo aveva fatto un lavoro molto approfondito, tranne una parte della terrazza che conteneva un arancione a mezza cena da un ospite precedente. Queste questioni minori non hanno tuttavia dedotto dall’esperienza generale e questa suite è stata facilmente classificata tra le migliori suite suede che ho soggiornato. L'hotel dispone di una posizione eccellente, personale amichevole e un prezzo ragionevole, facilmente guadagnando loro un completo cinque stelle per questo soggiorno. Non posso aspettare di tornare alla stessa suite :)
