Hotel in zona Gamla Stans Hantverk, Stoccolma

Small hotel in the heart of the old town within walking distance from metro station (800 m) and central train station (1,4 km). The room was tiny but mostly sufficient for one person with only carry-on package. However, the table was uncomfortably small for using a laptop. The bathroom was modern with shower and very clean, as also the room. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable even though also rather small. In the end on September the weather was quite chilly, and the room was uncomfortably cold. The floor heating of the bathroom didn’t seem to function. Luckily I could use an extra blanket from the other bed in the room. The breakfast was served in a small area near to the reception. I found the breakfast good enough but limited in variety, with only cold alternatives - no omelette, bacon or oatmeal due to lack of facilities and staff for organising them. However, good coffee, orange juice, fresh bread, cheese and ham, yoghurt and cooked eggs etc. were available. I would not choose the hotel again for a business trip, but possibly for a holiday weekend to see the sights.

L’albergo è in una posizione invidiabile, siamo con un piede nei migliori siti turistici della città. La struttura quindi parte molto avvantaggiata fino a che il cliente non varca la soglia delle camere… Voglio premettere che sono una persona che si adatta molto e da ragazzina ho dormito in veri e propri tuguri senza fare tante storie. Quando si spende poco ci si accontenta, però quello che mi ha dato molto fastidio è che questo albergo si fa pagare molti soldi, vanta 4 stelle quando per me sarebbero più che sufficienti 2. Appena arrivati in camera ho dovuto spalancare le finestre perché il puzzo di chiuso e l’odore di polvere rendeva l’aria irrespirabile, facendo entrare la valigia ho smosso la moquette e sono uscite 2 piattole. A quel punto mi è venuta quasi una crisi di pianto dallo schifo. Ho accettato di rimanere lì solo perché era mezzanotte e queste 3 notti facevano parte di un lungo viaggio quindi non ho passato lì l’intera vacanza (e menomale). Ho letto nel voucher dell’agenzia che avevano specificato che io e mio marito eravamo lì in viaggio di nozze, non ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un cioccolatino ne’ una bottiglia .. niente di niente… forse meglio così perché magari avevano paura dei topi 🐁 Detto questo il personale dell’albergo cerca di essere gentile ma in una struttura del genere la gentilezza passa in secondo piano. Non tornerò mai più in questo posto ed è veramente da pazzi avere in mano un gioiellino del genere in una location da sogno e lasciarlo andare così in malora.

La stanza è ragionevole, pulita e igienica, molto tranquilla, è molto conveniente giocare nella vecchia città, il lavoro della ricetta è seriamente responsabile, la colazione è molto buona, l'intero hotel è piccolo, rendendo la gente una nuova esperienza

Ottimo servizio da parte di tutto lo staff del concierge e della palestra. Bella nota di benvenuto all'arrivo in camera mia, minibar molto ben fornito in camera, buon letto solido, bella illuminazione anche in camera. La palestra è MOLTO ben attrezzata con buone attrezzature. Bevande, frutta, asciugamani disponibili e avere la palestra per 24 ore su 24 è un vero vantaggio. Il bagno non è impressionante ma serve allo scopo. L'acqua usciva dalla zona doccia nonostante ci fossero dei pannelli di vetro intorno. Personalmente ritengo che la stanza sia molto secca o forse solo la stagione e il periodo in cui mi trovo a Stoccolma. L'asciugamano e persino il tappetino inzuppato dalla mia doccia erano asciutti e croccanti la mattina successiva. Nel complesso, tornerò e consiglierò a chiunque a Stoccolma di soggiornare al Six.

Sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel di sempre. Posizione ottima, di fronte alla stazione, comodo per tutto e anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Prezzi ottimi per essere in Svezia, personale super gentile e disponibile, camere carine, piccoline ma con tutto ciò che serve. Bar interno, the, acqua e caffè gratis per tutto il soggiorno. Colazione inclusa, essenziale nel pieno stile nordico ma ok. Se torneremo a Stoccolma torneremo sicuramente qui. 10 e lode

Ho utilizzato questo hotel per due notti distinte a distanza di quasi due settimane. La posizione è perfetta per chi usa la stazione centrale o il terminal dei bus a lunga distanza. Le due stanze singole erano conformi con quanto pubblicizzato. Letti comodi. La pulizia generale sia della camera sia del bagno erano accettabili ad eccezione del soffitto. È infatti molto impolverato e questo influisce sulla qualità dell'aria. Connessione wifi non sempre stabile. Il livello di rumore dipende dalle stanze. La prima era in una parte appartata per cui molto silenziosa mentre la seconda dava sul corridoio principale. Di conseguenza era più rumorosa. Ritengo la struttura una valida scelta per chi è di passaggio in città. Per periodi più lunghi sceglierei un'altra struttura.

Grande servizio e personale amichevole

La posizione dell'ostello della gioventù è vicino alla stazione e al centro città Il bagno è nella stanza, anche se è piccolo Il riscaldamento delle camere è sufficiente ma non ci sono le tende. Qualcuno pulirà quotidianamente la zona comune. Inoltre, non c'è l'asciugacapelli in camera. Devi andare allo sportello per depositare il passaporto o la carta d'identità. Tuttavia, l'atteggiamento allo sportello della carta d'identità è piuttosto informale e ho la sensazione che potrei perderla accidentalmente🙃

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

Questo hotel è davvero molto buono!! Prima di tutto, la stanza è grande, le strutture interne sono molto perfette, e guardare molto nuovo, rendere la gente vedere un buon umore In secondo luogo, il colazione dell'hotel è molto, sia il pane, le frutta che le bevande sono particolarmente numerose L'atteggiamento del personale è anche particolarmente buono. È molto amichevole. La decorazione dell'hotel è anche buona. Ci sono molti supermercati vicino che possono raggiungere il treno di Tangxi in cinque minuti, e 10 minuti al centro della città, è molto conveniente Anche se non nel centro della città, non farà sentire la gente timido e pericoloso. Anche noi due siamo molto tranquilli! E il prezzo è troppo amichevole! Raccomandazione ～
