Loistava hotelli. Huone luksusluokkaa, erittäin siisti ja palvelu toimi hyvin. Poikkeamme aina tässä hotellissa kun menemme Six Flags Magig Mountain huvipuistoon

The room was enormous but not well furnished and seriously underlit. The breakfast was disgusting: powdered eggs, everything tasted of chemicals even the bacon. The welcome was not very welcoming.Not worth the reasonable rate.

This hotel got a very high rating from the site I booked it on. What a sh?thole. Dirty hall carpets, lots of marks on walls, dim lighting.
The worst part was when I entered the suite. The reason for the dim lighting is to keep you from seeing all the problems in the room. Filthy bathroom floor, bedroom carpet was soaking wet.
They obviously knew about this because they had the heater on full when the room was unoccupied! I believe the air conditioning unit was leaking onto the carpet. I could spend days reporting the sub standard condition of this hovel.
I booked into the Hyatt Regency and was very satisfied.

Overall this was an OK stay. It was quiet and comfortable. However it felt a little dirty. The main things are clean - linens, surfaces, etc - but you can tell details like the light switches are not cleaned super well.

The property was very cleaned. They’re in the midst of remodeling and construction in the foyer, but it didn’t seem to be a problem for us. The room was nice and spacious and we like staying here.

Being Valentines Day we had a red wine and dark chocolate we wanted to have. We realized the we didn't have a corkscrew. My husband called the front desk. I don't know her name was but she checked the office, couldn't find one and actually went out to her car and loned us hers. We really appreciate that she went the extra mile.

This convenient property is undergoing a renovation and was full of activity when we stayed. Though our room included breakfast, we were unable to eat as we arrived at the breakfast room at 9:20am. Apparently breakfast stops at 9:00, which seems a bit early. Would stay again.
