Very pleasant staff,very obliging. Clean room with air conditioning Good breakfast freshly cooked. Only thing we had to pay for parking Outside. Could get clean towels at reception if needed. We were all over for wedding. Wasn't walking distance from shops .pleasant stay.

The hotel was OK. The bed comfortable and the room clean. The £9 per night parking charge was disgusting as a disabled person. No warning on booking that we were now required to pay for parking otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.

Was okay experience, bed wasn’t clean the bedsheet was dirty, also our door didn’t lock from the inside and with no do not disturb sign we was worried someone would walk in in the morning, bed was comfortable but still not a great night sleep none the less

Some of the staff were very unhelpful. A young lady at reception was on her mobile phone, clearly on a personal call, kept us waiting for at least 3 mins after which we gave up and left. We wanted to find out if we could have lunch in the restaurant. We booked breakfast for the 2 days of our stay on arrival, on the 2nd day we were informed that we were not on the list but they 'could squeeze in' but we would have to wait for at least 30 mins. As a diabetic who had already taken my insulin, this was totally unacceptable so we had to leave and get breakfast from an external shop. The Breakfast on the 1st day was overcooked, dry and tasteless. I have stayed in Premier Inn's all over the country and I have never been asked to pay £9 per night for parking. This is unacceptable. This increased the cost of the stay, had I known this, we would have chosen another Hotel. The hotel was noise throughout the night. All in all, this is the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in and we will not be returning.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a small bar and restaurant. Used to be free parking but since August 2024 they now charge £9 for 24 hours. (There is very limited free parking as this hotel is in an industrial area and if you leave your car overnight in the leisure park - which is a walkable distance but tricky with heavy bags - you will get a fine).

Front office staff amazing evening and night. Frienly and so helpful Rooms are cleans to a good standards. I came with my kids and felt safe Great place really to stay and many shops near the hotels. Parking is an issue though the hotel doesn't have a carpark .

We booked three rooms for my extended family as we had a wedding nearby. We were informed by Premier Inn that early check out could be available (not guaranteed). We arrived early and was told nothing available (no-one on reception and staff engaged in cleaning breakfast areas). The 90% empty car park and lack of staff led to a suspicion that rooms could have been available if only someone was there to organise. We changed for the wedding in the disabled toilet and left our luggage in the car. Checked in at midnight which was fine and room was decent size, clean and tidy as expected.Breakfast was a disaster, some menu items not available, nearly everything ran out and staff had to be asked to replenish. Took a whole hour for cooked breakfasts to arrive and all had items missing. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful but obviously not enough kitchen or front of house staff. Menu more than adequate and quality was good enough. Hotel is in an industrial area and architecture un-inspiring but if everything had gone smoothly would have been fine for the price.

Lovely stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, good nights sleep. We had a family room and all the beds were comfortable. It was during a hot spell and the room was the perfect temperature. There was very little noise from other guests.

fair play was not expecting too much but it was very good - staff very friendly and food was great value
