Hotels con internet a Sterling Heights

Siamo una famiglia militare che ha viaggiato a casa per le vacanze. Avevamo due camere. Uno doveva essere cambiato tre volte. Le finestre e le porte erano entrambe rotte e siamo arrivati dopo le 10 di quella notte. Il bagno non funzionava, la televisione non funzionava, le foglie erano sporche, il telaio era sporco. Il bagno non funzionava. E l'altra stanza doveva essere cambiata due volte. Le pareti erano molto sottili. Le camere sono molto usate. C'era un odore costante di ****** e c'era un rumore molto forte con le persone che saltano, camminano e parlano tutto il giorno e la notte; ci fermiamo perché mi aspettavo troppo tardi per prenotare un posto che era amico e tutto era pieno. La prima notte in cui eravamo li', l'uomo al tavolo era molto bello. Nelle prossime due notti, siamo entrati alle cinque perché avevamo qualcosa che non va con la famiglia. Dovremmo controllare, ma dovremmo dormire. Mi sono andato a parlare con chi ho scoperto che era il manager o il GM, e ha detto che i miei cani erano stati a barbear tutta la notte, (che solo se qualcuno è alla porta o cerca di entrare), e mi ha detto che non potevamo restare, che era bene con me. Ma era estremamente rude per nessun motivo. Ho parlato con il ragazzo al dipartimento quando abbiamo controllato il giorno dopo e mi ha detto che è sempre così. Non consiglierei ai miei compagni militari di visitare mai questo hotel. Non finché non lo aggiornano e cambiano le cose, numero uno, cambiando il GM. Buon giorno!

La nostra ultima visita a questa proprietà è stata nel 2020 e ci piaceva! Sono felice di dire che questo hotel è lo stesso tesoro che era 3 anni fa. La nostra camera e il buffet di colazione giornaliero erano topnotch! Tutti i dipendenti avevano un sorriso e ci salutavano caldamente. Questo hotel sarà la nostra prima scelta ogni volta che visitamo Detroit.

It's really excellent

I had high hopes for Tru by Hilton at Sterling Heights because the location was ideal and I had family in Sterling Heights I wanted to visit. Sadly, the experience quickly went downhill when I checked in. Is hospitality a thing of the past? Shouldn't all Hiltons aspire to the same level of hospitality? Never mind that I wasn't greeted as a loyal customer as some of us expect when we check into any Hilton establishment. I mean a smile or a simple word like ”Welcome” really isn't too much to ask. If you're working in a hotel, that should just be a given. Are hotel workers no longer trained in the most basic level of hotel hospitality? Shame on the house of Hilton for not recognizing these most basic things. Never mind that a basic continental breakfast for Diamond members or Gold members was not made available. Never mind that I had to be sent driving across the highway to Bob Evans because breakfast was not an option unless you wanted to shell out $15 for breakfast at a place that's not even a three star hotel. My own damn fault for not doing my research and reading all these scathing reviews on this one location alone in Tripadvisor. Just because Tru by Hilton is meant for the budget conscious traveler doesn't mean that your staff have license to be unfriendly and not treat loyal customers with the same common courtesy that any weary traveler deserves. If Hilton corporate people are reading this, please, please give the staff at Tru by Hilton at Sterling Heights some basic training in common courtesy. My experience at this establishment makes me question whether I should remain a Hilton Honors member.

Everything was wonderful, except the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the only 2 pillows were flat.
