Il servizio è sorprendente, soprattutto la ricezione. Se fanno errori, compongono per loro. Il cibo è medio, niente di speciale, non molte opzioni veganiche, ma ci sono alcune (ma per alcune delle quali le etichette sono incorrette). Le bevande sono buone, una vasta scelta di latte vegetale, succhi freschi, bevande non alcoliche. È rumoroso e freddo nelle camere, ma i letti sono molto morbidi. Le camere sono troppo piccole e basilari, soprattutto le bagni. Il pavimento della stanza è fatto di legno e ben polverizzato, ma il pavimento della stanza è fatto di tela e molto freddo, si sente letteralmente anche nei pantaloncini. La vista è sorprendente per entrambe le parti, non si arrepienti di scegliere una vista forestale questa volta. La scelta di caffè/tea nella stanza non è qualcosa che si ricorda. Usano un sacco di plastica e un sacco di imballaggi non essenziali, ma stanno cercando di fare qualcosa verso uno stile di vita verde. L'hotel dispone di un'unità di servizio con un'unità di servizio di qualità, un'unità di servizio con un sistema audio, libri e divani confortevoli. Abbiamo dovuto usare la nostra rete mobile per poter lavorare o guardare qualcosa. La pulizia è media, abbiamo avuto i capelli nella nostra stanza, e le camere in cambio nella zona spa erano sporche. In generale, è un buon posto per stare con un servizio e una posizione fantastici che sono probabilmente la ragione principale di questo prezzo, ma hanno un lungo cammino per diventare un posto che merita questo tipo di soldi per le loro camere e la loro cena.

Withing walking distance from the center. Good and clean hotel with private parking space. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with a balcony and a view over the Trinity church. Beds were very comfy! The location is perfect to stay in the area for a few days. Would come back again.

Se vuoi essere molto vicino alla natura, le più belle montagne, allora Kazbegi Cottages ti priva di questo. Ha 6-7 cabine confortevoli, con camere decente e bagni. Una veranda molto bella fuori. Intorno alle montagne, ha un maestoso tutto il giorno. Un 15 min di guida dietro i cottage e una terra a destra nei colli delle montagne. Flori gialli, erba verde, vacche, cavalli selvatici e dietro le montagne grigie, marroni costituiscono la memoria magica di una vita.

這是我入住過的最棒的小屋. 小院裏面有兩個小屋， 車停在院子外面，可以點篝火. 雖然我們只有三個人，但是這個屋子可以住下六七個人. 房間周圍就是雪山，風景和星空都很美. 我們不知道怎麼 check in, 於是聯繫攜程幫我們找到房主. 接待我們的是個帥氣的中年大哥，他不講英語，但我們還是順利入住了. 我們離開的時候不知道怎麼 check-out, 衹好留下鑰匙就離開了. 這是一次非常棒的人生體驗. 很高興和我兒子還有我弟弟一起在這裏度過了寶貴時光.

很幸運我們入住了Luno Cottage！這無疑是最佳的選擇，就在Rooms Hotel 下面正對教堂。一棟木屋是複式設備齊全乾凈整潔，幾乎是全新的帶廚房和洗衣機。在床上直接看卡茲別克三聖一教堂的夜景和日照金山。兩棟聯排都拿下，價格很好整個觀景台都是我們的。作為攜程黑鑽會員很少推薦酒店，這家卻是入住過後強推！

This stay was absolutely incredible. 1. Staff : Amazing staff. So good that I remember their names as well. Meriami was amazing. She did a 24 hours shift in front of us and never hesitated to climb up or down a few flight of stairs for smallest of issues. She even helped cooking baby food for us. She was incredible. Avto (I hope I have spelt it correctly) was amazing. He is the bar manager but he was managing the kitchen as well absolutely flawlessly. Georgi (I hope I got the name right) helped us with the bags a few times and was very helpful and always smiling. Warmest staff on our entire holiday. 2. Food : Superb food. Mushroom soup was soul warming. Roasted potatoes were crispy and the dip was outstanding. Chicken wings could have been more moist. Pizza was decent. 3. Location : Views from the rooms are to die for. We got a mountain view room that gave us an amazing view of the Kazbek range and Gergeti church. The location is not too remote. A few restaurants and stores are within walking distance. 4. Rooms : Clean rooms, well maintained temperature, spotless linen. They gave us a complimentary baby cot and it was the cleanest and cutest baby got I've ever seen at a hotel. All in all, its a no brainer to book them. You guys are the best. Wish you the best like you deserve.

We were a family of 3 who arrived from Tblisi early April week. The roads had traffic and many trailers, but the mountains were covered in snow. City-bred as we are and being residents of the UAE, the natural beauty was so breathtaking that we didn’t quite notice the long and bumpy 4-hour ride. Hotel owner Ann had sent a car and one of the most experienced drivers in the region. Shmagi didn’t understand English much but knew the crests and the curves of the mountainous terrain. Step Inn was quite a surprise - fresh, clean and cute. Our room was a duplex on the second floor with a magnificent view of the mountains. It was especially gorgeous the morning it snowed. Wish the lower floor of the room had more space, at least enough to sit and enjoy a drink while admiring the view. The upper floor had more space but little view. The room came with a balcony but it was too cold to sit outside. And small to accommodate 3. What also needs drastic improvement is their food menu, especially if they hope to welcome guests from different parts of the world. Breakfast is basic and one is unsure about the freshness of the cold cuts, condiments and bread. There was no toaster for the bread. I spotted one the day I was checking out. I was told I had to ask for a toaster at the breakfast table! Language is a handicap too. Only the owner speaks English but she isn’t always there. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the restaurant waitress could have done better. What use is hot, freshly baked bread if you are told you can’t have butter with it, except at breakfast? And then they bring the butter as a favor? The hotel is not positioned as a bed and breakfast for backpackers. Perhaps it should take steps to be more family-friendly in attitude and services. Having said that, their hot spa indoor pool with a view of the mountains is a welcome addition to the cuteness of the property and their bed n linen are top grade. A special mention for restaurant executive Alex who went out of his way to bring the best he could to our table. Made all the difference to our stay! The hotel is only 8 months old. I am certain they have plans to make it one of the best in the region in months to come. Would love to revisit when they do.

UUtente ospiteSomeone has clearly spent a lot of time, energy and money creating a small hotel with a really nice interior design. Having done the hard work, the overall experience was let down by the simpler things. The manager (owner?) seemed completely disinterested, never a smile. It was like we were an inconvenience that he was barely tolerating. The food was fine but it was really expensive by Georgian standards. Another night we ate round the corner at Rooms Hotel. Now that is a stunning property and its perfectly fair that it is rather more expensive to stay there. But we ate there as non-guests and the food was markedly better and cheaper than Alpine Lounge. Even a coffee was cheaper there than at AL. I would suggest that if you don't want to walk into town you simply eat at Rooms each night and don't bother with AL. The breakfast at AL was good the first day, then the 2nd day maybe they had fewer guests so the buffet was gone and instead we had a smaller selection on our table. Was it our fault that they didn't have more guests?! Maybe too many people had read reviews like this and gone elsewhere?

Molte persone parlano di camere e case di legno.Sono andato a vedere le case di legno, mi sento in condizioni peggiori, non consiglio di andare a persone che hanno bisogno di alloggi e cibo.
Il bilancio delle camere e le camere da letto sono tutti un grande problema, il rapporto costo-beneficio è molto alto.
Parla di un posto sbagliato: siamo arrivati a guidare, quindi è molto conveniente andare ovunque. Si prevede che il supermercato vicino a questo hotel possa arrivare per vent'anni, e ci sono pochi posti per mangiare vicino, e anche in un posto più concentrato nel supermercato.

Travelling around Georgia for a few days on my own, I found this hotel up the hill with a spectacular view towards the Kazbegi. I turned up spontaneously, and they gave me a good rate. I was expecting a Soviet style hotel, but instead, it was completely renovated and with great style. A couple of youngsters having made this a really hip place, good music, lots of stylish details. Pity only that I was the only guest for dinner, but the ladies were really nice and welcoming. Will return with family when we come to Georgia together.
