Located on the fifth floor with fantastic ski area views, treat yourself to this beautiful ski-in/out home with high-end finishes. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, cookware, and dinnerware needed for an extended stay away from home. The dining room table and the breakfast bar both have seating. The living area is ideal for settling down for the evening, catching a game on the large TV, or relaxing in front of the fireplace with your favorite book. There isn't a better spot to take in the holiday, watch the wintertime Friday Fireworks, or just watch the skiers and mountain bikers make their way down the mountain from the large bay windows or private balcony.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is one of Steamboat's premier locations in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area. You'll be nestled next to the Gondola, Christie Peak Express, and the Steamboat Ski School. The Torian Plum has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, and BBQ grills, so there will be no lack of year-round fun. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants and places to grab apres-ski drinks are on-site. Guests can also shop to their heart's delight at Silver Lining, Creekside Teaze, and Terry Sports. Venture out a bit further, and you can bring the whole group to natural hot springs or play a round of golf at one of the many local courses!
The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights.
3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
This fee does not apply to stays of 30 or more nights
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.

The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
