I migliori hotel con spa a St.Bran＇s Burg

Overall great resort. Very clean, rooms are nice size, resort is huge and food is magnificent. Food at all restaurants are 10/10 and they have many fire pits around and hot tubs for late night chillin. I will recommend this resort to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

Appena sufficiente, cibo non di qualità (molto sugli standard americani), stanze un po' antiquate ma pulite, struttura classica da resort 4 stelle. A livello di sicurezza, buona nella struttura, ma pessima sulla spiaggia dove tutta la giornata è quasi assente e quindi gli spacciatori di ********* e cocaina la fanno da padroni per tutta la giornata, soprattutto la notte. Il problema che essendo un resort per famiglie a volte ci si ritrova a far fumare fumo passivo anche agli altri ospiti. Inoltre questi spacciatori infastidiscono tutto il tempo che sei sulla spiaggia, non facendoti godere la meritata vacanza. Da quanto abbiamo capito Iberostar e la gestione di questo resort sono a conoscenza di questo problema, poiché nelle altre due strutture affianco sempre di loro proprietà ma più rinomate, questi personaggi non sono presenti. Il mio consiglio è per chi non fuma ********* o fa uso di stupefacenti di scegliere altre strutture leggendo soprattutto le recensioni perché sicuramente qualcosa di più tranquillo

Il miglior posto per soggiornare in Giamaica. Il servizio e buono eccezionale. Grande personale che è amichevole e professionale. Questo è il mio miglior compleanno mai. Grazie al grande personale di Hyatt Ziva. La ringrazio tutti voi così tanto. Molto amore e rispetto.

Iberostar Selection Pros: Stunning location on the beach front Fabulous food - lots of choice and high quality fare Super clean spacious room (3322) Relaxing lobby with singer entertainment most days Swim up pool bar Fab breakfast selection and fantastic serving staff at breakfast Great water sports offering with lots of free choices Not too busy, no struggle for sunbeds in the shade Fab selection of restaurants and no queuing Loved the gym facilities - clean and good choice of equipment The salon did a great job with my daughter's hair and went above and beyond to bring in hair extensions The staff go out of their way to make sure you are ok and ask questions about your stay - they really are the stars at the hotel! We weren't pressured into a ”special breakfast”. Even with the $100 discount offer on excursions we didn't want to waste our time on a sales pitch and were pleased this wasn't forced on us. Cons: Couldn't use hotel hairdryer in room, it short circuited the electrics - twice. The *urgent* call out took over an hour on both occasions. Need to tip - you undoubtedly get better service if you tip - as Brits we aren't used to this but we set aside $30 per day - for breakfast, pool drinks, lobby staff, cleaners and dinner staff plus any extra activities such as water sports I was denied 4 eggs for an omelette and was told the limit was 3 at a time. A guy the next day got a 6 egg white omelette because he tipped. Same as above but at the pool bar - I was refused an iced mudslide as it was near the end of service but a couple got them after me. Lack of duty of care - I injured myself on a sea urchin when on a morning catamaran trip - the team brought us back early but we were left to our own devices to seek help from the lifeguard - there was no follow up Service in the steak and lobster restaurant wasn't great. First time my steak was rare instead of medium (and inedible), second time only half my order arrived and I ended up visiting the bar for water and wine as we'd waited so long. Booking excursions... a) complimentary shopping trip - we thought we were going to high end shops and a craft market - driver took us other side of airport to a mates shop where we didn't buy anything, then to another mate's shop at Blue Diamond shopping. He eventually took us to Rose Hall Shopping mall which was great (and only because we asked him to!) We stayed in two rooms. We reported the broken lock in room 3319 three times. It was never fixed. The two lots of $600 vouchers given to us were a waste of time - we tried to use in one of the hotel gift shops but we're told it wasn't applicable because that gift shop, despite being in the hotel, isn't apparently affiliated with the hotel... The spa costs for a massage were excessively overpriced ($200+). I usually have a massage when away but couldn't bring myself to spend so much! Evening entertainment is a bit meh. Very family orientated and the paid for options - Dolce and Rocktail didn't real

FANTASTIC resort!! Amenities are wonderful, people are kind, food is delicious. We appreciated that they asked each time we went to eat if anyone had a food allergy as my partner does. Couldn’t ask for much more, the only thing I will say bothered us was the price of transportation. To get to/from the airport is at least $70 round trip, and if you want to go to a local beach it’s another $70 round trip, even thought it’s within a 10-15 min drive. Also, make sure you bring $$, everyone will ask for a tip. Other than that, I would give this place a 10/10! We will be back!

We all agreed that this was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. We would like to acknowledge the staff in particular that provided service for us. Sharon, Marsha, Valentine, Aqua man, and Lisa. The food was the best we have ever had in ANY restaurant. We loved the his and hers sink area which kept us organized. We had turn down service, and every staffer that passed us by offered a greeting with a smile. I took aerobics class everyday and cooked on the beach. We met the manager, Dean who was receptive of all out comments. Our only complaint about our trip was a delayed flight! We would recommend to everyone that this is a wonderful place to go.
