"Molto pulito e grande.L'hotel è vicino alla strada, molto pulito, ma comunica con l'hotel in anticipo, prenota una stanza più tranquilla, e ci sono strutture per le persone con disabilità in questa stanza, anche se non è utile, ma molto attento."

"L'hotel è vicino all'autostrada e le camere sono molto pulite. Si trova a 2 chilometri dal centro di Stawell. Ci sono McDonald's nelle vicinanze. È disponibile un parcheggio gratuito. Se vai a Halls Gap o Silo Art Trail, è una buona scelta"

UUtente ospiteIt was sparkling clean, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and some basic condiments.
Loved the hot tub and massage chair! There were also laundry facilities available - and we saw a kangaroo pack right behind the laundry room.

LluxfowlReally loved my stay at NRMA Halls Gap!! It’s really clean! They even had heated beds, but one side is unplugged, without a plug nearby.
There’s a car lot available right beside the villa. Makes unloading our stuff really easy and accessible.

YYeoArrived late and it was easy as they left the keys and instructions at the reception. Cabin was clean. Appliances are ok except they have this tiny TV which is really outdated. Would be great if they a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom instead of just one in the living area. It was quite noisy and should upgrade. as a one night stay it was ok but would have to consider if staying longer.

RRobinwthCabin has everything you need!!! Room was cozy and clean, there was a pantry with pots, pans, utensils - home was also very conveniently located to the city centre! Spotted many wild kangaroos too!

Il letto è riscaldato con un'unità di aria condizionata nella stanza.Ha anche una TV.
Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘super’ rooms. Loved this place overall

MMelvinThe reviews does not justify this place. The hotel is old but in terms of cleanliness and comfort of bed is spot on! Location is very ideal too if you are planning to visit Boroka Lookout and McKenzie Falls.

UUtente ospiteThe friendly welcome really stood out. The room was clean and basic. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The gardens are vast and the location is amongst trees. A very enjoyable stay.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..
