Доброго времени суток. Хотелось бы поделиться мнением о данной гостинице, а точнее о ее персонале. Хотели заселиться в вечером, приблизительно в 22-23:00, на что сотруднику на ресепшене был задан вопрос, может ли есть в вашей гостинице какие-либо скидки, так как на следующий день выселение до 12 часов дня (в других гостиницах делали, потому что остаётся половину времени). На что сотрудник завышенным тоном ответила что ничего не делается и никаких скидок она не предоставляет, особенно нам. Мы спросили почему вы таким тоном с нами разговариваете, на что был получен ответ «заселять я вас и не буду, забирайте ваши паспорта и уходите». При требовании предьявить жалобную книгу, она ответила что ее нету, но затем принесла. Отвратительное и хамское отношение данной девушки, просьба обратить на эту ситуацию внимание администрации данной гостинице. Инцидент произошёл 17 мая в 22-23:00.
