Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Starnberg

A seven night stay in a very good, comfortable hotel situated on a busy main road at the entrance to a business park. We had a spacious and comfortable accessible room with a sizeable bathroom and a decent shower. The room included a Nespresso coffee machine with three pods that were replaced daily, as were the bottles of water in the mini bar. On arrival there was also a complementary tray of fruit awaiting us, along with a bar of chocolate and some cashew nuts. The room had everything we needed, including numerous power points, and there was ample room for my partner to manoeuvre her electric wheelchair, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room rate included an excellent breakfast. There was a live cooking station for eggs etc, and at the weekend a complementary glass of prosecco was provided - a nice touch. We didn't eat in either of the hotel's restaurants in the evening, but we did avail ourselves of the Hemingway Bar menu and room service a few times. This was a limited menu but the dishes were of good quality and the helpings sizeable. My partner's requirements for gluten-free options were well catered for, both at breakfast and when choosing from the bar menu. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Sono andato nel corridoio per trovare la sorgente sonora e non era sul mio pavimento Anche la reception non è in servizio. Non ho lamentele sul posto se ci sono troppe persone nella fila per il check-out il giorno successivo! Anche altri aspetti dell'hotel sono buoni. Ma oggi, Ctrip mi ha informato che mio padre non aveva effettuato il check-in nella camera prenotata da lui e ha automaticamente detratto più di 1.000 RMB per camera a notte. Ma io e i miei genitori abbiamo compilato tutti i moduli per il check-in e pagato i soldi richiesti dall'hotel al momento del check-in. Ora dice che mio padre non si è trasferito.
