L'hotel è sulla collina, giocare la vecchia città di notte è molto stanco di tornare all'hotel. La stanza dell'hotel è pulita e le strutture sono buone. Inoltre, quando prenoto l'hotel, non so che è un campo di prigione musulmano a dieci metri dalla strada dell'hotel. Il ritorno di notte è un po' spaventato 😱

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the beautiful Halvat Guesthouse. From the moment we arrived we received a lovely warm welcome from our landlady Valida - she was so friendly and full of advice about the local area that she made us feel right at home. Our room had every amenity, was beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfy. The guest house was right in the old town and in easy walking distance from all the local sites, restaurants and transport. Valida's breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with so much choice including homemade baked goods, omelettes and pancakes, fruit salads and rice pudding (our favourite) - and lots of good Bosnian coffee. Finally, the cherry on the cake was Valida herself. We really felt that we arrived as strangers and left as friends. She is genuinely passionate about her guest house and making sure her guests have a wonderful stay. We can't wait to be back in Sarajevo and to stay here again. Hvala Valida!

Il presidente è un sottovalutazione per questo hotel moderno e superiore, nel cuore delle attrazioni, dei ristoranti e delle strade pedonali di Sarajevo. La compagnia turistica non avrebbe potuto fare una scelta migliore. La stanza che occupavo ha vista il fiume e la base di una zona montana. La stanza è fuori di scena, soprattutto considerando che le camere meno costose sono generalmente assegnate ai gruppi turistici. La camera da bagno dispone di un intero muro di vetro con tende da chiudere per la privacy. Ma perché? Molte delle camere guardano una strada occupata e il fiume. Inoltre, chi avrebbe voluto guardare un 71-year-old geezer shaving? ☺ Windows sono isolati bloccando il freddo e il rumore stradale. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita, moderna e ha tutti i comfort della creatura. Ma guardate i prezzi del minibar. Ci sono piccoli grossisti vicino che vendono il vino per circa 6 euro. Il buffet è stato incluso per i membri del gruppo di tour, quindi non so se vi sia una tariffa separata per altri ospiti. Il personale dell'hotel è sorprendente e cortese. Se solo gli hotel di Orlando potessero imparare da Hotel President Sarajevo.

Non mi piace davvero essere mentito. Non c'è aria condizionata in almeno metà delle camere. Eravamo qui con un gruppo di 13 camere in totale circa sette. La metà di noi non ha aria condizionata e continuano a dire che la riparano domani... e non lo fanno, quindi devi dormire con la finestra aperta e le finestre sono sopra i giardini, che sono vuote alle 3 e poi alle 4. Il colazione era decente. Ho anche cena qui ieri sera e era buono. La giovane donna che lavorava al desk al mattino è molto gentile e mi aiuta a trovare una rotta corrente.

Sì, è una scelta eccellente! Ho visitato molti hotel e ho preso la decisione perfetta di soggiornare in Hotel Old Town Strategic posizione, molto vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai trasporti pubblici, nel cuore di Sarajevo Old Town - può facilmente trovare posti per mangiare e negozi. Molto amichevole e utile personale che avrebbe fatto sentire il benvenuto immediatamente. Bella stanza tesa e spaziosa. Colazione inclusa - vi dà un gusto di delicazioni mattinali bosniache. Molto raccomandato!

L'hotel ha camere ben tenute e si trova in posizione molto comoda per il centro, ma con il mio gruppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza. Ben tre camere doppie sono state sostituite con tre camere matrimoniali, con un letto unico che non si poteva dividere. Non è proprio il massimo dormire in matrimoniale con una compagna con la quale ti accomuna esserti iscritta allo stesso viaggio. La reception non è stata molto comprensiva, visto che il nostro gruppo si fermava ben tre notti. Ci hanno detto che la prima notte erano fully booked e ci avrebbero spostato il giorno dopo, cosa che non è stata, la seconda sera si sono giustificati di nuovo con il fully booked, preferendo così gruppi che si sono fermati solo una notte. Avrebbero come minumo dovuto proporre un rimborso pet il disagio, cosa che si sono ben guardati dal fare.

Oltre a essere un hotel molto bello e avere un ottimo ubicazione per poter visitare la città di Sarajevo, certamente, ciò che più abbiamo ringraziato è l'attenzione del personale. Dal minuto 1 erano disposti a aiutarci e sono stati super attenti durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Se tornassi, non esitarei a tornare a sistemarmi qui ! 😊

Hotel Astra ha una posizione molto buona, proprio nel cuore di Sarajevo. La vecchia città, buon cibo e musei sono tutti a piedi. La colazione è buona, ci sono molte scelte da e il caffè è buono. La nostra camera era pulita, aveva un balcone e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun rumore dalla strada occupata dove si trova l'hotel. Il personale è la parte migliore dell'hotel. estremamente utile, amichevole e divertente. Restereremmo qui, quando visitaremo questa bella città!

We found the positive reviews about this hotel very misleading and would like to issue a warning (which I have never done). The photos and descriptions lead you to expect a nice and clean place, in reality, we experienced a rather tacky, bad-smelling place with aged, low-quality furniture. Masses of disgusting pigeons sit by the window on a very dirty, depressing backyard (the side facing the very noisy street is even worse). The service fits in seamlessly: The lady at the reception told me on arrival that the booked junior suite was not available, I would get a double room and a discount on the bill (the discount granted was then so that I paid more than the fellow travelers who had previously booked double rooms). The room had a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius (apparently due to any heat source of the house, the outside temperature was only 22 degrees), the air conditioner was turned off, and it was left to us to find out it was also not functioning. So cooling down was possible only by opening the window, but the window opened onto the said disgusting courtyard with masses of pigeons heading towards the window. The faucets are in such poor condition that you get splashed on the sides, and the furnishings, as mentioned, give the opposite of the friendly impression you would expect from the photos. Complementing this was the fact that the room was not cleaned the next day. Presumably, to prevent thoughts of escape, several fellow travelers were asked to pay directly at check-in. When you enter the room, you understand why. Sarajevo was a great experience and definitely worth a trip - but certainly not with a stay in this absolutely unpleasant hotel. Here it seems very appropriate to critically check the actuality of the reviews.
