Luan is a great hostess who responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns. Property is fairly new with a great rooftop pool & views. The only downside to the property in general area with loud music (from Soi 13) in the evening until 3am. It’s not Luana’s or the property’s fault but it is worth noting. Maybe book the other side of the property facing the Base Hotel.

What an amazing property. The views from the pool over all of Pattaya and the surrounding area are spectacular to say the least. The Edge is an instagram goldmine. The room I stayed in was on the 30th floor, very clean and well maintained. The air conditioners were very quiet and cooled the room down quickly. I especially enjoyed the sliding doors in the balcony/bath tub area, which made for some awesome unobstructed photos and a very cool ambiance when having a bath. The hotel is quite secure with a security detail at the front entrance as well as swipe card access throughout the building.

La camera era pulita, il che era fantastico! Ci sono molti mercati notturni, massaggi e ristoranti in giro, ed è molto comodo, è anche abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia, anche se la vita notturna di tutti è molto vivace, perché è un grattacielo, non c'è quasi nessun suono che disturba il sonno.
Il sistema di sicurezza dell'appartamento è buono. Il check-in self-service è molto comodo. La piscina all'aperto sul tetto è molto bella e adatta per scattare foto, e anche il prezzo è ragionevole. Sarebbe fantastico se potessi fare il check-out un po' più tardi. La trapunta e le lenzuola sono molto comode e magiche. Non voglio svegliarmi dopo aver dormito. Sarebbe fantastico se potessi dormire di più😂

This hotel is absolutely wonderful and completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. I asked the hotel if they could do anything special as I booked the trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was maybe expecting a slice of cake, but they upgraded our room for free and left some lovely decoration and cake on the bed.
The bed was super comfy and we both slept really well. The room also gets very dark with not many switches or annoying lights keeping us awake. The shower pressure was great and they had lots of toiletries and amenities.
The hotel breakfast was great with lots of choice, and the dinner at the hotel was also really tasty and reasonably priced.
The location of the hotel is great with many cafes and restaurants nearby, plus it’s easy to walk to the beach.
The pool is so nice to relax and unwind with a lovely view, and there is a lot of shade which is perfect when the sun is really strong.
There are a few things that could be done to make the stay even better:
1. The hot breakfast items were always a bit cold, such as the bacon, eggs, potatoes and dim sum. We went at 6am when breakfast just started and it was even cold then, so it would be good to have some hot plates or heated lamps to keep it warm.
2. The shower and bathroom doors are all glass and, as far as I can tell, didn’t have a switch to make them fog up which is a little bit awkward. Make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re with and tell each other when you’re using the toilet 😅
3. Dressing gowns are a bit small for us, would be nice if they could be bigger and comfier
4. The WiFi doesn’t stay connected and you need to keep reentering the password which is a little bit annoying
5. The room cleaning was a little bit slow. We left the room at 8am and turned the switch on asking it to be cleaned, but when we came back at 2pm it still wasn’t cleaned, even though the cleaners were just a few doors down when we left
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

La posizione di Shadian è nel centro di Pattaya, il che è molto comodo. L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, con camere in stile appartamento con cucina a vista, lavatrice e forno a microonde. Al 23° e 24° piano sono presenti piscine a sfioro. E i divertimenti della piscina per bambini🛝, i miei figli si sono divertiti così tanto che non volevano più andarsene, e anche la colazione era molto ricca. I residence sotto Ascor sono davvero ottimi. Soggiornerò nuovamente in questo hotel la prossima volta🫶🏻

I panorami erano fantastici! Meraviglioso! Molto comodo perché è collegato al centro commerciale e vicino alla spiaggia! Il servizio in generale era impeccabile, tranne i buffet nel ristorante Edge. Il servitore non ci ha offerto un menu per ordinare le bevande, invece, ci ha chiesto cosa bere, il che ci ha indotto a pensare che le bevande fossero gratuite, quindi abbiamo ordinato da bere a caso e alla fine siamo stati addebitati. Come mai un Buffett senza bevande incluse? Va benissimo far pagare le bevande, ma almeno porta il menu e lasciaci scegliere! È un peccato!
E sembrava che quando abbiamo segnalato i reclami, l'addetto alla reception non fosse in grado di identificare la differenza tra i reclami dei clienti e i suggerimenti dei clienti! Siamo stati semplicemente informati che miglioreranno i corsi di formazione per i servi e ci scusiamo per quello che abbiamo vissuto. Siamo rimasti stupiti e ci siamo chiesti: è così che hai gestito i reclami dei clienti? Se è così, perché preoccuparsi? Che senso ha chiederci se siamo rimasti soddisfatti o meno? Quindi alla fine abbiamo ricevuto un piatto di frutta come risarcimento. Una vergogna!

1. Il processo di check-in non è stato fluido come previsto. 3 membri del personale erano al banco del check-in e 2 non stavano facendo nulla. Sono rimasto in coda per 5 minuti prima che qualcuno si avvicinasse e mi chiedesse il passaporto. Quindi seguito da altri 5 minuti di attesa. Il drink di benvenuto è stato super rinfrescante e gustoso!
2. Le camere sono pulite in generale, ma ho notato che il personale addetto alle pulizie non puliva la vasca ogni giorno! Hanno cambiato gli asciugamani, rifatto il letto ecc. Ma il 100% non ha lavato e pulito la vasca da bagno, il che è inaccettabile per un hotel a 5 stelle
3. Ho ordinato una bottiglia di vino e patatine fritte al bar sul tetto, le patatine erano mollicce e salate, anche il vino non aveva un buon sapore. Gli articoli sono troppo cari!! THB200 per una piccola tazza di americano caldo.
4. Adoro la piscina (con jacuzzi) e la vista dal tetto. Ma la sicurezza è preoccupante perché non è necessario toccare la tessera della camera per accedere a nessun piano. Forse le persone che non soggiornano in questo hotel possono accedere all'ultimo piano e utilizzare la piscina? Non sono sicuro di come controllino questo.
5. Adoro il letto e i cuscini dell'hotel così tanto! È super confortevole e ci siamo riposati benissimo ogni notte!
6. Richiesto per un piano alto e una camera tranquilla, ma ci è stato assegnato un piano basso (livello 13) senza che nemmeno tentassero di soddisfare la mia richiesta. Ho prenotato tramite trip.com che include il check-out posticipato gratuito ma è stato informato dal personale del check-in dell'hotel che devo effettuare il check-out entro le 12:00.

Everything is first class there is much to do and enjoy here.
The pool party at 16:30 on a Saturday is good fun.
Breakfast is great with all selections tasting of quality.

Anche se non perfetto.. le strutture e le camere, villa e servizio clienti circostanti.. tutto il personale, semplicemente sorprendente 👏 abbiamo davvero apprezzato di avere tale cura e attenzione a ogni passo del nostro soggiorno. La villa per 2 camere da letto è anche fantastica e è stato molto gentile con il gestore della reception per permetterci di vedere la villa per 3 camere da letto per il nostro prossimo soggiorno.
Una cosa piccola... il cibo nei ristoranti a metà tavola poteva fare con un po'di più opzioni e anche il colazione. Tutto era un po' troppo spezia o asiatico.
In ogni caso, saremo tornati!

Over the past weekend, I had the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Pattaya with a group of friends. We chose to stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. Initially, I was quite hesitant to make the booking, as I had never stayed at this hotel before. Additionally, the room rates were relatively affordable, which made me wonder about the quality. However, I ultimately decided to give it a try — and I’m very glad I did.
Upon arrival, I found that guests who book a Classic room are required to check in at the white building located at the back of the property. The lobby was pleasantly surprising — it was elegant, and the subtle fragrance throughout created a relaxing atmosphere. During check-in, the staff provided clear and detailed information. I would especially like to commend Ms. Lee, who was both friendly and informative. Her warm and engaging manner helped ease the heat and made the check-in experience even more pleasant.
To my surprise, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was not the one I had originally booked — in a good way! It turned out that the hotel had generously upgraded all three of our rooms, which was truly impressive and appreciated.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed and bedding were of high quality, comparable to those of 4- to 5-star hotels. In my opinion, this level of comfort at such a price point is exceptional. I also found the bathroom to be particularly spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool was another highlight, with separate sections for adults and children, making it ideal for both friends and families with young kids.
We had breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby. While the dining area felt a bit crowded due to the number of guests (possibly because it was a weekend), it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel ensured that the food was constantly replenished — nothing was left empty for long, which demonstrated great attention to detail.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money makes this property highly recommendable. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Pattaya.

The first room was a little bit smelly (I'm not sure it was fresh paint), but we were lucky and got an other room which satisfied us. One minus, but still 5* star rating for us: the AC is in the lowest mode is still to loud to fall into sleep - the Fan was also to loud. So, during the night it was very warm and we sweat a lot (I felt back into my youth, when spending sommer vacation with my parents in some hotel in the 90's without AC...and yes, we all survived).

LLian SengTo be honest, after reading all the reviews, I had pretty high expectations for Amari. I booked a one-night stay for my birthday. However, there was no special “birthday” decor or complimentary cake, which is something other 5-star hotels usually provide.
The room I booked was a “2x double bed room.” The hotel staff kindly informed me that the “double beds” were only 3 feet wide and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger family-sized room. I chose not to, but I feel it’s important to note that the so-called “double beds” are more like single beds. The booking website’s description was misleading. I would suggest that the hotel update the description to “single beds” to avoid confusion, especially since it markets itself as a “family hotel.”
The facilities and breakfast were excellent, as expected. The kids’ club, outdoor playground, swimming pool, and kid-friendly water park were all fantastic. We especially loved the restaurant Prego, which served excellent pizzas and gelato!l 10% off as hotel staff.
My main issue, however, was the misleading “double bed” description and the condition of the room. Since the beds were mounted on a frame designed for a king-sized bed, there was a gap between them. This caused the beds to shift frequently, and I accidentally knocked my shin on the oversized frame. Additionally, there were maintenance issues in Room 1219: a missing overhead light bulb, an air conditioner that wasn’t very cold, and a faulty wardrobe light. These issues pointed to poor upkeep by the hotel management.
To add to this, my wife was surprised to find the vanity set had already been opened and not replaced. It’s possible the housekeeper forgot to check and replenish it. The housekeeper may have been rushed when preparing the room, as we arrived at 1 PM, but only entered the room at 2:15 PM. Strangely, when we collected the key cards, we found that our room door was left ajar.

UUtente ospiteI experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view.
Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff!
In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory.
Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again!

UUtente ospiteMolto soddisfatto del paesaggio è molto buono e il servizio è molto buono.La decorazione è molto alta e elegante, l'appartamento superiore della zona ricchi di Pashan, l'hotel è circostante di un gran numero di ristoranti rossi, andare a mangiare un ristorante di pesce bellissimo, la galleria Sky e la fabbrica di cioccolato, e può arrivare a piedi per cinque minuti. La prossima volta scelgo anche qui, che è adatto per vivere a casa sola.E'molto sicuro, perche' ho scelto di continuare e aggiornare il tipo di camera per l'ultimo giorno.

IImranSono soddisfatto della camera e del servizio in camera, ma non soddisfatto della receptionist del turno di giorno. Le ho chiesto aiuto perché non parlo la lingua tailandese. The elevator needs to be maintained immediately, and the certificate expired since 23 February 2025.
The best thing in this hotel is the location just across the street to ”Central Festival Shopping Mall.”
