"Il servizio era molto buono e il bevanda di benvenuto era grande! Bella camera e letto, abbiamo una camera di montagna, sarebbe bello se potessimo avere un piano superiore, ma perché abbiamo controllato in precedenza, così solo la camera inferiore era disponibile. Mi piace davvero il mio soggiorno al resort, e certamente ritornerò in futuro."

"The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail."

"Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong, la stanza era spaziosa, moderna e molto pulita, con una vista sulla montagna sorprendente dal balcone che rendeva il soggiorno molto memorabile. Il letto era confortevole, e il semplice ma elegante design ha creato un'atmosfera confortevole. La cucina e le strutture fornite erano pratiche, rendendole conveniente per un breve soggiorno. La posizione era buona, poco lontana dalla ruggine e dalla bussola, che lo rendevano tranquillo, ma ancora accessibile alla città di Bentong in breve viaggio. Il servizio era amichevole e utile, anche se c’è ancora spazio per migliorare l’attenzione. Uno dei problemi è che le strutture e il ristorante sono un po' meno ridotti rispetto alle immagini lucidate mostrate sotto la marca Wyndham. Sarebbe bello se si facessero miglioramenti in queste aree per corrispondere alla norma generale dell'hotel. In generale, questo hotel è una scelta solida per le coppie che cercano una corta distanza con vista rilassante e camere confortevoli."

"A very nice hotel with nice view..room was clean and room size is good for 2 person stay..very convenient as do have alot new outlet at here so will not get hungry at night time… Overall nice stay and definitely recommend this place and will come again"

"L'hotel è buono per rimanere, abbiamo goduto l'Onsen e l'ambiente dell'hotel. Ho anche chiesto alla direzione di decorare la stanza come quella era la gita di compleanno del mio ragazzo e ci hanno fatto alcune semplici decorazioni e torta per tovaglioli. Ma l'unica questione è stata la rumore dell'acqua che fluisce dal livello superiore, che ci teneva svegliati e non dormivamo bene la notte. Spero che la gestione possa prendere nota di questo."

"From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords."

"Overall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour. Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up. Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room."
