Hotel 4 stelle a Ko Chang

Serenity resort Amazing hotel - would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at serenity resort for 2 nights on arriving at Koh Chang from Bangkok. The location is so so idyllic and relaxing, absolutely beautiful. We also stayed on the west side of the island for a couple of nights and while it is quieter on the east side of the island (ie, there is no point in leaving the resort in the evening as there is nothing really to do on the east side after dark) this is exactly what we were after. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely view. As other reviews have said, if you are staying here you will likely want your own transport so you can explore. We rented a moped from the resort at a very reasonable price. If you want to rent a car make sure you have an intl driving permit (takes a few mins to obtain but must do whilst in the UK). There’s barely any traffic on this side of the island so the drive down to long beach at the south of the island felt very safe on a moped despite the hills (and would be the same in a car). The resort staff recommended us to do this and then get kayaks over to Koh ngam, which we did and was a great experience! The other option is to rent a taxi for a day (we were quoted c2500 baht for 6 hours) and they can drop you wherever you like and wait for you. Thanks again for a lovely stay at serenity resort!!

Siamo venuti qui con un amico per le vacanze di Natale ed è stato fantastico. Il responsabile degli ospiti è stato delizioso e molto cordiale, aiutando con la colazione e chiacchierando con gli ospiti dei luoghi che amava sull'isola e della vita in generale. Sembra davvero amare il suo lavoro, il che è rigenerante. Le camere erano deliziose e pulite e la vasca da bagno era rilassante, così come la vista. Ma tieni presente che il resort si trova in cima all'isola, quindi se vuoi andare in spiagge come Bang Bao Bay o Lonely Island dovrai noleggiare un'auto o un taxi. Per fortuna il resort ci ha aiutato in questo. Un membro dello staff di nome Q ha persino aiutato il mio amico a trovare un posto dove fare uno spuntino a tarda notte. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico. Suggerirei di aggiungere un distributore automatico di snack al resort quando la cucina è chiusa e magari di avere una navetta aggiuntiva per le spiagge più lontane, in modo che gli ospiti possano iscriversi e pagare una quota di viaggio da dividere equamente. (Ad esempio, il lunedì è Lonely Island, il martedì si può andare a Bang Bao Bay, ecc.). A parte questo, tutto è stato semplice e ben organizzato. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Questo è l'hotel ideale per qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore tranquillo. Dispone di una piscina pulita con diversi scivoli, una piccola spiaggia pulita e un'area tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulizia e un buon servizio sono le nostre massime priorità, e qui abbiamo entrambe le cose in abbondanza. Gli ospiti sono per lo più turisti di lingua inglese con bambini. Le colazioni sono thailandesi ed europee, deliziose. Il caffè viene preparato con una macchina da caffè. Sono disponibili diversi tipi di uova. Un discreto angolo dessert. L'hotel va a dormire la sera e i gruppi rumorosi non sono chiaramente benvenuti. Abbiamo fatto una prova di tre notti in hotel, dopodiché abbiamo prolungato volentieri il nostro soggiorno.

Questa è la terza volta che vengo a Koh Chang. Questo è uno degli hotel in cui soggiornerò sicuramente. La posizione della spiaggia di sabbia bianca è molto buona. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel era bella l'acqua del mare arriva direttamente alla porta dell'hotel, puoi andare direttamente al mare attraverso il ristorante. L'acqua del mare è molto bassa. È facile ritirarsi di notte. C'è una spiaggia, ma ci sono rocce, ma circa dieci a pochi metri troverete una spiaggia con buona sabbia. L'hotel dispone di due zone soggiorno e due piscine. Una è una camera fronte mare, vicina al mare. Tuttavia, la camera deluxe con letto king size non può vedere la capanna sul mare. Personalmente mi piace la camera con vista sulle montagne Puoi vedere la piscina dal balcone ed è silenziosa. Di solito la mattina vado nella più vivace piscina sul mare, piena di gente. Nel pomeriggio torno nella piscina dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla camera con vista sulle montagne. È tranquilla e confortevole con poche persone è davvero comodo sdraiarsi tutto il pomeriggio. Non so perché il punteggio Kacha sia così basso adesso, ma penso che l'hardware esterno e interno sia molto buono e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto. La colazione dell'hotel è altamente raccomandata, ha molte varietà ed è deliziosa . Ci sono posti dove mangiare su entrambi i lati della porta. Di fronte a destra c'è un piccolo mercato notturno. Gli spuntini locali hanno un sapore unico. Quando passo davanti al mercato notturno, c'è una farmacia che visito ogni volta il prezzo è più economico rispetto ad altre farmacie. Anche il supermercato e la banca sono di fronte alla farmacia. In breve, la posizione è molto buona. La sera, passeggiando a destra, la spiaggia dell'hotel è piena di cene in spiaggia nei vari hotel. Anche i prezzi sono ragionevoli e c'è molta scelta.

The room was very clean. the room amenities were in great condition and well-maintained. The resort features two lovely swimming pools which were fantastic for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was decent with a fair variety of options. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible. be very careful when swimming at the beach, as there are sharp rocks

Great hotel. Kids loved the 3 pools and the water park. Excellent rooms with plenty of space. Excellent food and brilliant service. The staff helped the kids during meal times. Everything can be done by the hotel but there are local amenities just a minutes walk away including laundry and Marco’s fantastic Italian. The hotel is split into 2 parts opposite each other - water park is where most families like us stayed, the beach side is also great. I didn’t realise the beach was so beautiful- definitely worth a visit. The beach here was much nicer than down the coast: soft yellow sand and gently getting deeper- good for kids. High recommend.

Поменяли мне номер на большие апартаменты с видом на море, которые не могут не понравиться. На ko Chang был впервые, поэтому оцениваю произошедшее на 5++. Персональный, здоровенный КХРАПП дяде Сереже, и его сыну Владиславу, на месте отличный отзывчивый сервис. Второй номер тоже оправдал все ожидания и по расположению и по сервису. Поначалу скептически отнеслись к завтракам по 500 бат за человека, но по итогу поняли, что они определенно точно стоят того. Хороший шведский стол, натуральный кофе, выпечка. Неподалеку так же работает небольшое кафе, пробовали -еда хорошая, но со слов администратора о том что часто зарезервированы все столы (при их очевидной неполной посадке, сложилось впечатление, что либо в приоретете обслуживания соседние с кафе виллы, либо не очень хотят работать) Территория гигантская, судя по всему, включает несколько разных резортов, без мопеда будет тяжеловато преодолевать эти чудесно облагороженные территории. С чем нам опять же помогли работники сервиса, и после чекина нам подогнали технику прям к номерам. Пляжи и бичбары (в частности Shambala) с бассейнами вызвали полный восторг, объездив остров, могу сказать, что один из лучших пляжей оказался как раз под моим номером. Скидываю виды с пляжа напротив апартаментов 1128, фото жилья нет, только видео, поэтому попробую нарезать и закинуть сюда позже.

L'hotel è eccellente, con ville individuali che danno la sensazione di essere completamente isolate e di non essere mai disturbate. I giardini sono lussureggianti, con lucertole e scoiattoli che corrono in giro e pipistrelli che volano la sera. La spiaggia è bellissima, dove ci si può rilassare all'ombra delle palme. All'ingresso del mare ci sono ciottoli, ma spostandosi a destra, verso il viale delle palme da cocco, il fondale è pulito e sabbioso. La colazione è buona, con un'ampia scelta e cibo delizioso. L'unico inconveniente: è lontano da tutto e non ci si può spostare senza una bicicletta o un'auto. Le uniche opzioni sono mangiare in hotel o sulla spiaggia, dove ci sono ristoranti proprio a sinistra della spiaggia.

The price was very reasonable considering we went during higher season. Location was good and the beach was very beautiful. Service was amazing.

It's the second time I stayed there. The building looks to be showing it's age from the outside, but the inside is nice and clean, the rooms are clean. The restaurant is no longer in use, but there are countless food options from the view of the front door. The swimming pool could be updated a bit, but you're so close to the sea that it's not so important. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. I'll absolutely stay there again.
