Hotel 4 stelle a Bandung

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e vicino a Braka, strada da marcia e Museo Asia Africano. Solo la cosa disturbante è che il personale dell'hotel si piace colpire la porta in mattinata chiedendo lavanderia o pulizia della stanza. I ristoranti per la colazione hanno permesso alle persone di fumare anche questo tipo di sezione all'aperto, ma non c'è nessuna porta separata da quella che non fuma e puoi profumare.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and initially booked a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy due to traffic from the adjacent road, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. After raising the concern with the hotel, I was informed that all Deluxe Rooms face the roadside. As a result, I chose to downgrade to a different room category for the second night of my stay. Apart from this issue, I had no other concerns and found the overall stay satisfactory. However, I would recommend that guests who are sensitive to noise or looking for a quieter stay consider avoiding the Deluxe Rooms and inquire about alternative room categories when making their reservation.

The receptionist misunderstood our room booking, we have booked a Non-smoking room via Trip.com but firstly she insisted us to give us a smoking room. It seemed she did not check it thoroughly the hotel confirmation. We were a bit upset waiting for her to find us a non-smoking room until she found it at last. Hopefully it won't happen to other guests. The hotel is okay, breakfast buffet on weekend was various but on weekday was a little bit disappointed, they just provided a few menus. The location of this hotel is attached to Festival Citylink mall.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Comfortable bed, convenient to travel around, affordable price, safe and tip top service by the guest relation officer such as Leo who provide extended services during breakfast. I recommend you experience the bonvoy moment in four points bandung :)

Un centro, ben mantenuto, ben gestito, con oltre 60 anni di storia, testimoniando diversi eventi monumentali nel passato a BANDUNG. Durante il mese di Ramada, il ristorante a casa a cena buffet includeva Kambing Guling aka piccolo agnello tostato, tenda e succo dopo aver tagliato e stirrato con manico di kacap. Il personale è rispettoso, utile e cortese.

Bedsheets were stained and hairdryer didn’t work for my room. Other than that, breakfast spread was delicious, service and amenities were great

La prima stanza che mi aveva firmato era terribile. Anche se la notte non poteva dormire perché sentiva il suono della moto e della macchina sulla strada. Perché assegna una stanza che non può bloccare il suono dalla strada al cliente. Questo è un fallimento.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

This hotel offers an excellent stay for those prioritizing convenience and culinary quality, featuring a highly diverse and flavorful breakfast spread alongside a prime location that provides easy access to the city's key attractions. However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.
