Hotel 4 stelle a Copenaghen

Newly built hotel in an excellent location, a short walk across a bridge to the famous Nyhavn district. Lovely, nice and comfortable room. A few slight negatives though, they only have housekeeping once every 3 days, in order to reduce the environmental impact. Not a bad idea, but it also meant that our glasses/mugs didn't get cleaned or replaced. We were also told the mini-bar was free and would be restocked daily, but this didn't happen once.

È stato facile arrivarci con i mezzi pubblici. Monolocale fantastico, pulito e check-in automatico semplice. L'unica cosa che non ha funzionato per noi è stata la lavatrice, perché è necessario installare l'app Miele e per qualche motivo non sono riuscito a scaricarla. Tutto il resto era perfetto! Anche la terrazza sul tetto è davvero fantastica!

Ho adorato il nostro soggiorno! Il design, il personale, la pulizia, la posizione e l'atmosfera accogliente nella hall ogni sera hanno reso il nostro viaggio a Copenaghen indimenticabile e piacevole. L'unico neo era la doccia, ma immagino sia una caratteristica scandinava. Ho visto molti bagni simili durante il mio viaggio in Norvegia la scorsa estate, quindi non è stato un grosso problema. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque vada a Copenaghen.

Charming boutique hotel which could use rugs with the thin floors & thicker windows since the courtyard echoes so if you are sensitive to noise, this one might not be for you. Staff was wonderful especially when my upstairs neighbor was thumping around from 2 am on, after an hour I asked the night receptionist to please help, he did immediately and found that person was in crutches and checking out at 3:30 am. It was not the hotel's fault but rugs could have helped and the noise wouldn't have woke me out of a deep sleep. Absolutely loved the staff. Very comfortable bed but the true superstar of this hotel is the heated floors in the bathroom. Extremely spacious compared to other hotels in this price range.

L'hotel è pulito, elegante e moderno, con buoni utensili da cucina, anche se alcuni punti sembrano un po' impolverati. Il vero punto negativo è che la posizione è molto difficile da riconoscere perché si trova in mezzo a grattacieli e ho dovuto fare parecchie scale. Il segnaposto della posizione dell'hotel non è accurato e mi ha portato a un vecchio e inquietante magazzino, poi ho capito che l'hotel era accanto, ma il cancello non era aperto in quel momento (probabilmente perché era quasi mezzanotte). Sono arrivata alle 23:00 con molta confusione nel cercare l'hotel, ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti ma non ho ricevuto risposta o soluzione, e alla fine ho trovato l'hotel dopo un'ora.

Andare a sinistra dalla stazione ferroviaria, andare a destra nell'ufficio del centro turistico della strada, andare a sinistra nella strada della piazza, girare una strada, vicino a 7-11, in circa dieci minuti La strada di shopping del re di Hamburg, la borsa di marchio, i negozi di cucina sono tutti, molto conveniente La stanza è grande, pulita, buona vista, bella ambiente per la colazione, pochi tipi, negozio di particelle sottostanti, hamburger, business prosper!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Location was great and the room was super beautiful, but the bed was a bit wobly and not so comfortable. Luggage storage is super eficient and safe. Would atay again

Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience.

Ottimo hotel in una zona tranquilla fuori dal centro. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana, il che significa che potrete raggiungere il centro di Copenaghen in 10 minuti. La colazione era abbondante e fresca, molto buona! La camera era moderna, pulita e ordinata, con vista sulla città. Il personale è stato gentile, ma non è stato in grado di aiutarci con i problemi riscontrati durante il check-in con la nostra carta di credito. Ciò ci ha causato un certo stress. Piccolo inconveniente: sentivamo il rumore degli ascensori che salivano e scendevano nella nostra stanza. Ciò non dovrebbe accadere in un hotel di questo fascino!

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.
