住了兩晚，總體來説不是很滿意。酒店位置距離火車站近，但是周圍沒有商業配套，窗户望出去一半是新修的河濱公園，一半是田野，從遠處看過來酒店那麼大一棟樓矗立在田野裏顯得很突兀。對自駕很友好，停車方便。房間很大寬敞明亮，設施很陳舊，如果不考慮暖氣的話，住宿也還算舒適。酒店中央空調提供暖氣非常隨性，第二天白天當室外温度衹有9度的時候，酒店把暖氣關了且不通知，於是吹了很久的涼風流鼻涕後問前台才得知的。有管理人員送來水果説抱歉，解釋説設備管理部門認為今天夠暖和了，可以不開暖氣。我也真是無語。酒店提供暖風機作為權宜之計，供客人在沒有暖氣的時候取暖用，問題是打開後頻繁跳閘，我又一次無語！酒店的餐飲不錯，晚餐價格實惠味道好，早餐食材新鮮。離開當天宣威天氣陰沉沉的，不過門口保安很好，主動幫我把行李放到車上，替酒店管理設備的部門給客人送來一絲暖意。不過我下次路過宣威是會選擇另一家的，這家國有酒店太自以為是了，臨走前拍照宣威政府放在房間的製作精美的招商材料作為留念吧，這樣招待客人的方式不知道是否吸引投資，至少我是不會考慮的。

Oggi non è finita. Volevo trovare un hotel per riposare vicino al lavoro, ma non sono soddisfatti di entrambi, ho aperto sei chilometri per vivere un giorno!

服務極差！強烈建議酒店服務和應急處理能力要培訓提升下，最差的一家！！其實事情很簡單，就是酒店自身的問題，下午答應了很多波電話預訂客户，結果沒給人家留房間，起碼三四波客户在那等着讓酒店拿説法，酒店的處理方式就是：我們網上預訂好的客户，查到了我的訂單也不給我們房間，晾着顧客基本上一個小時，大堂經理在場就衹讓等等，意思是和那幾波一起處理，然後酒店前台幾個人不讓辦入住，大晚上的等了50分鐘！更奇葩的是，明明我們預訂好了也收到酒店的回執，到場居然告訴我們説沒房了，可能是想讓我們退房來解決那幾波客户，簡直火大！！酒店自身管理問題，深刻體現管理層的能力之差！！
再説些中肯的，設施那些還不錯，停車位也挺多；還有個問題就是，預訂的是帶早餐的房間，結果第二天早上去吃飯的時候告訴我們小孩子（3歲）也要加10元吃早餐，這是在其他酒店沒有遇到過的！
