視頻是與管家的聊天記錄。這是我主要吐槽點。我同時訂了兩個房間，入住時各方面感覺都還行，酒店在淮南來説已經算很好了，智能酒店，很方便。但是智能酒店弊端是不知道怎麼關燈。半夜角落燈帶亮了怎麼都關不了，對於光敏感的人來説，真是沒法睡，加上5.1當天本來就是起早趕過來的，真的累趴了！我實在沒法子，自己把房間的浴巾浴袍掛櫃子上面擋了一下，但是效果甚微。這個所謂的管家除了有語言上的關心，實際行動什麼都沒有做！害我等半天。客觀的説酒店管理整體還是不錯的，環境也很好，客房阿姨很熱情客氣。這個管家服務根本就沒有走心，好評都是刷出來的。我退房到評論前，都沒説給我打電話説一聲，倒是路上給我朋友打電話要好評，這個我真忍不了！

The name of the hotel truly represents that royalty type of atmospehere from reception area all the way to the room. The frontdesk workers and other general staff are very hospitable and give off that welcoming vibes. The room is highly equipped with automated modern facilities such as toilet, tv, bed, curtains and lights. Huanyu Superior Duoble Room was very exquisite with that queenly outkook and an atmosphere set for a queen to indulge in. Additionally, the room is spacious inclusive of private make up area for the queen, spacious bathtub and shower, sofa and table along with a mini bar in the serving area. One recommendation though is that the hotel can improve the aroma therapy in the room and the frontdesk area. Additionally, there can be a bit more inclusivity of western dishes on the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to experience top class hotel services in Huanyu.

good location, literally in the city center next to the train station. very comfortable hotel, rooms are very spacious. love the big bathtub and the soft bed. stuff is very friendly, rooms are cleaned everyday.

前台陳小姐，熱情周到，但是這個酒店做為淮南比較好的酒店，確實有點問題，比如洗澡時，開門就把地墊錯位了，門和地面之間都沒有預留地墊的位置。我開了兩間房，其中一個是家庭房，補了差價，攜程上沒有家庭房，兩個房間都半夜都凍醒了，空調都不管用。早餐還可以。送了贈飲！

來鳳台的首選酒店，性價比可以，軟件上服務能力一流，尤其要表揚的是早餐自助，品種豐富，有滿滿地方特色的豆腐腦、牛肉湯，這在鳳台酒店中是獨一家的。感覺攜程上價格比之前有上漲，建議可以參考別的酒店，考慮到是單人還是雙人入住，分成單早餐房間、雙早餐房間的報價，這樣會更具競爭力。
