This adorable tiny cottage is a perfect get-away for a couple or solo-traveler. This sweet little guesthouse features a full-sized bed, kitchenette, bathroom/shower as well as a fenced-in backyard with a large relaxing pond in the front yard. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants & pubs!Our tiny 350 sq. ft. beach cottage is situated on the Northside and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach! Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.The cottage is on the SAME PROPERTY as the main house which we also rent out. So you will pass fellow guests in the front yard only. The cottage and backyard are completely separate. This cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off an unpaved road on the North-end of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’.This little cottage is completely furnished, including a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and creamer), and all essential flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The bed is FULL size and has a very nice firm mattress.
