Hotel 3 stelle a Rapid City

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage zu Mount Rushmore, Badlands Nationalpark, Devils Tower National Historical Monument und zum Wind Cave Nationalpark. Der Custer State Park liegt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Der Ortskern von Rapid City kann ganz bequem in 10 Minuten per Auto erreicht werden.

The hotel room (2 queens )was clean and spacious. The registration employees were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called. It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.
