Hotel 3 stelle a Dallas

L'hotel è così bello e dolce, la decorazione vi trasporta in un'altra era, bellamente decorata e unica. Le camere sono piccole ma carine, ma ci sono state messe in una stanza proprio vicino alla porta delle scale di entrata e la gente di mattina ha appena continuato a sbatterla, così non ci siamo riposati molto bene. Il servizio era solo bene il desk front non ci ha dato alcuna informazione e abbiamo dovuto camminare intorno per arrivare alle strutture. La posizione è molto strano è proprio nel mezzo di un quartiere con case vicino alla porta e una scuola elementare è proprio lungo le strade. Hanno parcheggio in fondo, ma è un taglio stretto, è principalmente per le auto compatte e il parcheggio stradale è un casino che condividi con il quartiere.

Very clean and new or newly remodeled hotel. I would definitely stay again. Room has everything you need for a long stay including kitchen and utensils. There is a laundry and gym. Breakfast was good, especially the yogurt and waffles. The breakfast attends greeted us each morning. We had a good view of downtown buildings. One thing to note was our door was hard to close for room 625. We had to pull really hard. Other than that, GREAT stay.

This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown, e in generale, è stata una buona esperienza con alcuni disavanzi. In primo luogo, la posizione è fantastica! L'hotel stesso ha un fascino storico, e le camere erano pulite e moderne, anche se un po' più piccole di quanto si aspettavano. Uno dei punti bassi era la situazione di parcheggio, quindi non c'è nessun parcheggio in loco, quindi ho dovuto parcheggiare qualche isolato, che non era ideale. Inoltre, solo un ascensore lavorava durante il mio soggiorno, il che significava più tempo di attesa. Nonostante questi minori sconvolgimenti, ho avuto un soggiorno confortevole. Se stai cercando un hotel ben situato con buone strutture e non ti preoccupare della sfida del parcheggio, lo consiglierei!

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.
