Great staff and very comfortable rooms, great value

Purtroppo, il safari pagato vicino al palazzo non soddisfa le aspettative. Forse ci sono stati meno animali. Benvenuti ospiti del palazzo. Belle camere e cibo

This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Questo è il primo hotel dove ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Namibia. La posizione è nella zona di Wend e K, anche se non una strada prospera, ma non lontano dal museo nazionale e dalla chiesa evangelica di Luther, e'piu' conveniente uscire.L'hotel non è grande, ma ha un parcheggio gratuito. La casa dell'hotel è una stanza piatta, la stanza è modesta, c'è un grande letto, mobili semplici, ma pratici, ci sono strutture di aria condizionata all'interno del bagno.L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel e la sua attenzione, il servizio è attento e spiega con pazienza le varie strutture e il tempo di servizio della colazione nella stanza. Per me è molto caldo, la signora della reception, sapendo che ho perso il passaporto in valuta estera all'aeroporto, contattandolo immediatamente e aiutandomi a trovare il passaporto. Sono entusiasta di trovare il passaporto, ma questo è l'errore che ho commesso il primo giorno della mia viaggio in Africa, se è davvero perso, Il viaggio dopo sarà causato molti problemi.Grazie ancora una volta alla signora della reception, Dio vi proteggerà!

Grande hotel, un buon ambiente.C'è cena gratuita, ci sono uccelli da allevamento, anche se è un hotel agricolo, ma molto pulito.Molto vicino all'aeroporto, a dieci minuti di auto, l'hotel offre un servizio di trasporto ragionevole a prezzo.

Это был замечательный опыт пребывание в Намибии. Хозяин был очень внимателен и всегда на связи. Жилье свежее. Все было прекрасно. Отличный интернет, горячая вода, свежее постельное белье, удобные одеяла и подушки. Самое главное - свежий воздух и ночное небо. Хозяин проводит сафари, об этом ему надо написать заранее. 這次入住體驗總體還不錯，打個70分吧。酒店位置還算方便，周邊設施比較齊全。房間整潔度一般，衞生條件有待提高。床鋪舒適度中等，睡眠質量還可以。總體來説，性價比還行，但還有改進空間。

I had a wonderful stay at Tilla’s Guesthouse in Windhoek. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly attitude. The check-in process was quick and smooth, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the secure parking area and the peaceful atmosphere, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and offered a nice variety of options. It was a great way to start each day before exploring Windhoek. The staff were always happy to help with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and any questions I had, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The guesthouse is conveniently located within a short drive of the city center, shopping areas, and several restaurants, making it an excellent base for both business travelers and tourists. Despite being close to the city, the property has a calm and relaxing environment that feels like a home away from home. Overall, Tilla’s Guesthouse offers excellent value for money with comfortable accommodation, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Namibia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe, and affordable place to stay in Windhoek.
