"“Un soggiorno meraviglioso con un caldo benvenuto!” Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con un benvenuto molto caldo e amichevole, facendoci sentire a casa, la stanza era pulita, ben mantenuta, e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. L'attenzione al dettaglio e al servizio eccellente è stata davvero espressa. Molto consiglia a chiunque cerca un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante!"

"It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us.  The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey."

"La dimensione della stanza era molto grande e bella. Potevamo vedere il monte Fuji dalla nostra stanza. La stanza aveva una vista molto bella sul monte Fuji. C'è un onsen gratuito, ma lo yukata è un servizio a pagamento di 400 yen. Era davvero una bella stanza e ci siamo goduti anche il letto futon."

"I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways. The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed. My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet. The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM) The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds. Key Points: - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station. - There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel's convenience store has limited options. - There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor)."

"Non molto promettente guardare all'esterno, ma l'interno è sorprendentemente buono, super pulito, temperato e sicuro per un viaggiatore solo femminile come me. 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Fujikyu. Vicino alla terra alta Fuji-q. Non interessante quartiere, ma lawson è proprio accanto all'hotel 👍"

"A very nice guesthouse-style hotel with relatively large rooms compared to traditional Japanese hotels. It’s very convenient for self-driving, with a parking lot right downstairs. From the left side of the window, you can catch a distant view of a corner of Mount Fuji. Great value for the price. However, there is one downside: the shower water flow is inconsistent, alternating between strong and weak, hot and cold throughout the day, as mentioned in other reviews. Hopefully, this issue can be improved soon."

"Both boss and staff are very friendly, helped us to carry our luggages to room, which is spacious and comfy, with all sorts of amenities we needed(like winter heater, towel, toothbrush, kettle & hair dryer, etc). Check in and check out are easy and fast, all staff able to communicate in Mandarin and English. The bathroom(public use but split into men & women room) is quite clean, with built in 'onsen' and provided skincare for after bath use. There is a canteen here, simple menu were provided, taste not bad, like home-cooked food. Microwave is provided too so no worries if you want to reheat the food bought from outside. The ambient of the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The day we reached is snowing, so the view from our room is fantastic, you can see snow outside window. Although it's a shame that Mt. Fuji hid from us due to the snowy weather... There are some convenient stores, a supermarket and coin laundry near the accommodation. And it's really near to Lake Yamanakako so the view around is really scenic. It's also near a famous onsen place called 'Benifuji' too. Overall a worth for money place to stay at! would come again if have the chance. Would recommend this accommodation!"

"山中湖初聚旅館是我在東京12天行中住過的體驗感最棒的旅館沒有之一，雖然衹有短短的一晚，但是給人的感覺非常棒。 地理位置及環境：這家酒店坐落於距離山中湖大約500米的位置，離公交車站非常近，步行3分鐘就能到公交車站，交通十分方便，縣城整體地勢傾斜，酒店位於山坡稍高處，能俯瞰整個縣城的建築與樓宇，並且遠離喧囂的主幹道，在夜晚漫步在酒店樓下與山間雲霧相伴，雲霧浮游於樓宇之間，微茫如紗，輕籠着這寂寥的村莊。踽踽獨行，足音消盡於濕潤的土徑上，似乎感覺連自己的存在也似乎被這白茫茫的霧氣稀釋了。 衞生及設施：酒店裝修採用日式榻榻米構造，與大阪東京等城市較為擁擠的酒店不同，酒店房間很大，打開窗户就能聞到空氣裏雨後土壤與花草混合的芳香氣息，衞生方面無可挑剔，進入酒店大堂便可換上日式拖鞋，真真正正的做到到了一塵不染，榻榻米與床鋪打掃的很乾凈，傳統的日式風格讓人一進門就能感受到愜意與放鬆，整個酒店沒有任何異味，隔音效果一級棒，很關鍵的一點是有熱水！！而且燒水裝置很乾凈！！二樓擁有一個很舒服的浴湯，設施齊全，忙碌完一天卸下外衣泡在浴池那一刻彷彿置身於世外！酒店配有自行車租賃服務，相比於酒店外的自行車租賃價格而言足足便宜了一半，非常的便捷，酒店牆上還貼有整個富士山周圍適合拍照的景點，飯館等的地圖，如果要對自己未來幾天的行程進行規劃的話看這張地圖一目瞭然！ 服務：前台的美女姐姐和老闆都是華人，溝通十分方便，我和朋友在酒店的一晚幫了我們很多忙，對於兩個年輕小夥子在一個完全陌生的環境會有很多問題，前台的美女姐姐一直在熱心解答並且介紹附近的遊玩景點，第二天要走時由於我和朋友不懂日文不會買票，老闆熱心的幫我們在網上預約幫了非常非常大的忙！ 這次酒店帶給我的體驗是一語道不盡，以下的圖片P1～P5為酒店內與酒店下300米以內拍的照片，出酒店步行一會兒就能看到富士山巍然屹立的景象。 P6～P7為酒店附近的山口湖，離酒店很近，早上或者傍晚在湖邊走走亦或是吹吹風是一個非常不錯的選擇。 P8為酒店內的環境，總體來説是非常大的。 P9是老闆幫我看新宿bus的聊天記錄，非常感謝老闆！ P10是大堂貼的富士山導航圖一覽 附贈最後一張圖片是我和我朋友在那天晚上拍的一張照片，照片雖然模糊，但是我認為這不是技術的缺憾，這是時光賦予我們另一種比清晰的回憶還要深刻的銘記！"
