Hotel resturant serves excellent food, service staff at hotel --very good. Buffet breakfast - excellent.
now the not so good news-- reception cooperative but unethusiastic. Electrical plug points need attention -- could charge our devices after lot of effort ( there were at least 8 plug points in the room). In room tea kettle not available for our rooms ( deluxe rooms but acc to management don't qualify for it. Three star hotel?
There is no decent driver accomodation.
All in all win some, lose some. Okay for one day stay.

"Our stay at vits was ok. The hotel is situated in a commercial complex and does not have its own building. We checked-in at 3:45 pm and when we tried ordering bread butter and tea we were told the restaurant is closed so we can only have tea. There was nothing to eat till the restaurant opened at 7:30 pm which was very inconvenient. We were hungry the whole day and never expected even some biscuits and bread cannot be arranged by the hotel. The hotel room was very congested with hardly any space to walk about. Both the days there was no hot water for bathing. Not even lukewarm. We had to use cold water! the hotel also very easily told us to empty 4-5 buckets after which we will get hot water. So much water wastage! lastly the housekeeping service is almost zero. The bedsheets and curtains were dirty and unwashed. When we reached back to the hotel the next day after sightseeing the housekeeping person was still cleaning our room at 3 o'clock. Even when we had left at 8 am. The only positive in our stay was the food. The only reason why we didn't check-out early was the food was good. We ordered dinner to our room and tried a variety of veg dishes and all were tasty as well as reasonably priced. Mr. Kushal from the restaurant & who brought us food and attended to us in the restaurant during breakfast was very well mannered and courteous and did his work well. The reception staff too was nice and did our check-in/out formalities in a timely manner. But the overall experience was not worth the money we spent here mainly owing to the bad housekeeping."

"We were 2 adults travelling from Mumbai to Goa and stayed for one night only just to break journey. Staff was courteous. As we reached early they prepared a room and gave us the key by 1230 even though check in time is 1400.
Good location just off the NH66.You need to exit the hwy and use the underpass to reach the hotel. Adequate directions boards are placed on the hwy as you approach from Mumbai.
We did not use the restaurant but they have a substantial veg and non veg menu. No bar available.
We stayed in a pool facing chalet. Room was comfortable with the basic amenities. But the room was not well prepared. We had to ask for a second towel and teacup and toilet paper. This was probably because they prepared the room in a hurry for us."

We also really thankful about to hotel to allow us to bring our PET ***** with us. "

UUtente ospiteThe property location is 4-5 km. from Dapoli ST stand , in a very peaceful atmosphere. We were there for 4 days and we love the peacefulness.
The food served to us was awesome. Especially their ”DAL KHICHDI”. All the other items were also very much tasty and authentic. Their Breakfast was also very good in taste.
During our stay the service they gave us was very much special. They also gave room service at no extra cost.
Overall I will give them 5/5 for their service, food, location, amenities and hospitality.
It was a very much peaceful, relaxing and happy wala stay.
Will definitely give first preference, when visiting next time.

UUtente ospiteQuesto resort si trova a circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Guhagar con l'ingresso segnalato da un pannello a destra dell'autostrada. Il luogo stesso è massiccio, con un bellissimo e tranquillo lago. La posizione non può essere più bella.
La proprietà stessa è molto ben arredata, con camere accanto al lago, con un giardino massiccio nel centro, circondato da cottage a destra.
Il personale è molto utile, dalla ricezione alla cucina.
La colazione era buona, anche se mi consiglierei di aumentare la qualità e la quantità dei pasti, come erano in ordine. Inoltre, se possibile, si raccomanda di introdurre la Maharashtrian thalis nel pasto come opzioni che completerebbero l'esperienza konkan.
Un piccolo parco avventura per i bambini proprio all'interno delle sale, con un parcheggio sperato rende questo un soggiorno completo.

UUtente ospiteLocation of the property is very convenient i. E. Within the market area & close to the ganpati pule temple. Though oj the main road, it is quiet inside the premises. However, needs an improved maintenance. The flush cover was broken due to which it had to lifted to do the job. Also, the mirror in my room was in the darkest corner with no light source near it. Cupboard was not dusted properly. The in-house restaurant seemed sparsely used, hence not cared for. However, their restaurant on the facing the main road had good food and was customer friendly. The staff was trained and helpful. With a little more maintenance, it can become a top rated hotel.

Except for soap and shampoo sachet, rooms offer nothing big. Location is good, next to main road, transportation is available for nearby excursions. Ample parking space available. Breakfast is not upto mark or even substandard as probably there's no owned kitchen. Lunch dinner is also ordered outside which you get at competitive rates. Do confirm all beforehand. Overall simple, safe, clean and just enough. Value for money. Yes
