TTutuniyaLa camera era pulitissima e profumava di buono. Ci hanno anche fatto un upgrade gratuito! Devo fare i complimenti per il loro servizio. Volevo sapere se il mio bagaglio era in sovrappeso, quindi ho chiesto una bilancia alla reception. La signora alla reception ci ha portato una bilancia grande per pesare i piatti del ristorante (era molto pesante, grazie per il vostro impegno). Al momento del check-out, ci hanno anche dato un piccolo yogurt e ci hanno aiutato a spostare i bagagli in macchina. Il servizio è stato davvero ottimo! C'è un motivo per cui il punteggio è così alto!

SSwordFish39Ho prenotato questo hotel perché è a pochi passi da diverse attrazioni turistiche principali. Sono qui per l'affari, ma ho un po' di tempo per camminare intorno alla città. L'hotel è ben mantenuto e ragionevolmente prezzi per la sua idoneità. Il letto è comodo, e ho dormito molto bene. E 'simile alla qualità dell'hotel 5-star. Il personale del desk front è molto utile e amichevole. Pronto per qualsiasi raccomandazione alle vostre domande.

UUtente ospiteI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

YYishenggziwSono arrivata a Lanzhou da sola il giorno prima della vigilia del Capodanno lunare e ho prenotato questo hotel a caso. Si è rivelata un'ottima scelta! L'ambiente e tutto il resto erano eccellenti, e la posizione era facile da trovare. La cosa più importante è stata l'incredibile premura del personale della reception, che mi ha persino augurato un felice anno nuovo, cosa che mi ha scaldato il cuore. Stamattina mi sono svegliata con un'emorragia nasale e ho macchiato il cuscino. Ho chiamato la reception, pronta a pagare di tasca mia, ma mi hanno detto che non era necessario, che faceva parte del loro lavoro. Sono stata davvero grata.
I bicchieri di carta usa e getta dell'hotel erano tutti confezionati singolarmente in plastica, il che sembrava molto igienico. Spazzolino, dentifricio e pettine erano tutti di buona qualità, paragonabili a quelli del Ji Hotel.
Sono stata a Lanzhou tre o quattro volte, ma questa è stata la prima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Se dovessi tornare in futuro, ci tornerò sicuramente più spesso!

The staff were friendly and helpfull, the scenery was spectacular, and the accomodation was very comfortable.
Highly recommend staying here ! dinner was available via ordering from a menu to a local restaurant which the staff organised.
Wifi was available, and the mobile phone coverage was good also.
Excellent walking paths nearby from the hotel.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed one night in between two train journeys. The hotel is located 10 minutes by foot from the train station, which is very convenient. Across the road there are some restaurants which sell tasty noodles.
The staff was friendly.
The room was VERY small, it was hard to open our suitcases without putting them on the bed.
In the pictures of the room, there was a window depicted, but our room didn‘t have one. The hotel states that this room doesn’t come with a window, so the blame must be put on us, but the pictures were nevertheless a bit misleading!
We requested a non-smoking room. While there wasn’t any ashtray in the room, the walls and furniture smelled of smoke, so somebody definitely smoked there in the past.
To sum up: Location and staff is great, but the room was small, without windows and smelled of smoke.

LLoreeThe hotel is really few steps away from the subway station! Check in process was also fast and the staff were all nice. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during Spring Festival but over-all, the hotel is good. Recommended especially for solo travellers like me who only stays at night and roam around the city during the day time. 👍 The heating is also great!
